Whoever that old lady that answered me need to have a better attitude and not huff and puff sounding annoyed . when I was just trying to make a payment for my policy and literally just transferred me to the 800#. I wanted to also ask for a new quote for a different insurance but how am I supposed to do that through a 800#??? Whoever you are you need to do better that was simply uncalled for !!!!

I called Young Insurance Associates. My friend and loan officer Bonnie Marshall recommended them to me for their low rates and customer service. When I called I got Marianne Burke. I told her i needed home owners insurance. She was very nice and took my information down. I told her it was our first home and we were excited. She congratulated us and said she would email the quote. She got back to me within the hour with the lowest quote ever. I would recommend Marianne Burke with Young Insurance Associates to anyone.

Marianne Burke has been writing my daughters renters insurance for several years. I cannot think of a more caring, professional, and knowledgeable agent. We had been shopping around for renter’s insurance. Ms. Burke took the time to explain all our options. Our policy by far is the best there is out there and affordable. The best part of all of this is at renewal time. Ms. Burke is on top of this and notifies me in advance of renewal and if there is any new or better policy out there, she makes sure I am aware of options. Can’t speak highly enough of Ms. Burke.
