Was hit in the rear right quarter by another driver. Another shop said they could not get the parts. Xtreme investigated and said "easy" - they were prompt, responded, txted me back with answers, let me know the status and worked with the insurance company to get the maximum funding for the repair. Car looks perfect.

Update to my review of xtreme Auto Collision..
Two days ago Jason called and apologized and had me take my truck in today (Fri) which I did and as he'd originally told me it took less than 20 minutes to fix my problem. He was also kind enough
to not charge anything since it was such a small amount of work
and for the fact I'd waited 2 weeks to be contacted.

The best auto shop! Getting my insurance to pay an acceptable amount was a headache. However, Stephany and Vanessa was extremely hands on and handled everything for me. I just put my car in their hands and let them handle it. My insurance ended up paying more money. My car doesn't even look like it was hit. Exceptional service, amazing auto work, and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I ever had to put my car in auto shop it would be Xtreme Auto. 100 stars to this company and team!!

I have had two vehicles repaired by Jason and his team. They are super professional and efficient. As well as certified by BMW and only use BMW paint. Both times they exceeded my expiations. My vehicles came back looking amazing. Thank you!

I got a scratch on my brand new car the day after I picked it up. I was referred to Xtreme Auto Collision and heard that they are great. Great is an understatement. They’re the most professional, skilled, and pleasurable organization to work with. I simply cannot speak highly enough about them. Almost looking forward to my next scratch!

My biggest issue with this company is the communication, customer service is sucks. They kept the details hidden from you,waiting for the last minutes to let you know what's going on. Putting you on a hot spot to pay for the repairs whether you like it or not. It's all about making money, they did not care about my situation.I asked them to give me my car to take it to a different shop, they refused to release the car because they did not want to lose the deal. The entire process was so frustrating.

Job well done for the headlights, bumper and the paint for my Mercedes. They were fast (almost 10 days) but I would love it if they kept me updated through automated text instead of me calling.overall they are helpful, friendly and professional people.
