I’ve been taking my 4 year old shih tzu, Teddy, here for probably a year now. Every-time we go, it is a great experience! They do such a good job, and I’m always pleased with how he looks. The price is reasonable as well (about $70 for a full groom).

we went in to get a little treat for our pup at home, since we were traveling. picked the cutest ghost cookie. they have great kibble selections compared to what we can find at home. cute collars!! they were a little more on the pricey side but everything was adorable. the gentleman who was working was great! he greeted us so nicely informed us of what the cookies are made out of and asked us about our pup. she loved her cookie and our kitty enjoyed the crumbs that were left over lol.

We've been here twice now and have never had such a positive experience with nail trims anywhere else!!! I didn't think it was possible for a stranger to cut his nails without him bleeding - until we met Jessica, a manager there. She goes above and beyond with patience, kindness and education, making sure Houdini feels as rewarded as possible for his troubles. What a genuine hooman! And we've had nothing short of an exceptional experience with the staff up front as well. I could cry I'm so relieved. Thanks, woof gang!!! ?

I visited Woof Gang Bakery to check out their offerings. I've heard positive things about other Woof Gang locations, but since no one I know has been to this particular location, I wanted to give it a try. It's close to home, so I thought it would be convenient.
However, I didn't feel very welcome when I entered. I may have heard a greeting as I was opening the door, but once inside, I could hear the staff and another person speaking amongst themselves.
As I walked through and looked at their offerings, I didn't receive any engagement from the staff member. There was no inquiry about what brought me in that day or anything of the sort. I'm sure there would've been interaction at checkout, but I decided not to make a purchase and left. I don't think I'll visit this location again.

They change hours for walk ins all the time and if you miss it even barely they will not take you. They'd rather lose customers or do they think people have time for driving multiple days for a 5 minute procedure?

If I could leave zero stars I would. I took my AKC Standard Poodle in for a full grooming. Showed the groomer a picture of what I wanted. The groomer says well his hair now looks like he just needs a mini package. Now, when you blow dry poodles, their hair doesn't remain curly. When I picked up my pet, he looked worse than when I took him in for grooming. The text message stated my pet was ready but when we got home I noticed under his ears and tail was still wet. Took him to his vet appoint the next day to find that his ears had not been cleared of hair as the grooming package includes. Took my pet back to the groomers to correct errors. The groomer asked who did his paws. I’m like wow, you did! The groomer stated was i sure no one else did my per’s paws because he doesn't remember. The frustration at that point- I kindly asked if he could just clear my pet’s ears of the hair and i would take him elsewhere for a cut because clearly grooming poodles are not on their menu of services. And let me mention when i picked my pet up the first time I asked the groomer if he were going to put a bandana on my pet. The groomer stated he didn't have any which is what i thought was standard part of the grooming package as well. Nonetheless, never again. I feel like I paid $90 for a shampoo for my pet to look worse than he did prior to grooming. If you have a standard poodle, I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to waste your time and money.

*Edit - the store manager reached out, and while they wouldn't definitively say whether or not they scissor trim (which was odd, do they only shave?), I'll be willing to give them another chance for paw/hygienic trims.I’ve been to woof gang twice, once when I first adopted my dog, where they did a light trim along the body, underside, and trimmed his feet. It was great. Second time was today, when they asked what I was looking for I asked for a 1” trim, his coat was around 3” long. I was then directed to a shave guide to determine the guard length. This is where it is my fault for not advocating better but I didn’t want him shaved. I iterated the 1” trim and said nothing shorter than the 3 guard.Picking him up and he is like a cartoon version of himself and his beautiful coat is gone - I really, really hope a shave down hasn’t ruined it and that it will grow back as it was. I am so disappointed in myself for not speaking up, and in the staff for deferring to a shave down chart when a customer is asking for a trim on a longer length coat.The trim on his ears was squared for some reason rather than just trimming to the shape of his ear and he looks like a completely different dog, I’m so bummed.

Took my dog in for a self service wash. Water was very slow to get warm. Went out and asked the girl if there was hot water. She said "Let it run a bit". I let it run, it turned warm for about 15 seconds then went cold again. Bundled my dog up, told her there was no hot water. She said that will be $15 . Never again
