So unprofessional, it wasn’t that she did a bad hair cut, but her attitude and the way she handled my dog horrified me, I had to take her to vets b/c of her ears, she shaved it to close and caused injury to her ears and I spend $200 at vets, she denied to finish the hair cut and I didn’t get any refund or credit!

We were recommended by a local groomer to go visit this Woof Gang location for our grooming needs. We have a Shih Tzu named Enzo Francis that needed a hair cut. My wife set up and appointment. Easy transaction. I took Enzo to his first cut with them. We were told to see Kristen as she has experience with Shih Tzu's. I dropped Enzo off and I must say when I return to pick him up. He looked so cute and adorable. Kristen did an amazing job making sure Enzo had a perfect cut. I would highly recommend Woof Gang for your grooming needs.

Highly recommend this location! I have 2 dogs, one of which is over 100 lbs and they do a fabulous job with both. Quick responses and attention to detail. Never worry about my dogs while they’re there

This is our second or third time bringing our dogs to this location for a groom. we were very happy with our dogs cut! Staff were nice and they said our dog well, which made me happy because our girl is usually very nervous/ anxious at baseline. Will definitely keep bringing our dogs here for their grooming needs!

I am beyond pleased with the Woof Gang location in Brier Creek. Every person there has been consistently amazing and kind. Renee does an excellent job grooming my fur baby, and he always enjoys his experience. It means alot to me to know he's in good hands. I highly recommend this location as a customer of almost 3 years.

Bad haircut...such as lopsided facial with choppy body cut that is too short with nickedskin and split nails is not what you would expect from a reputable grooming salon!!! The guarantee is that you can bring your dog back so they can "fix" it. Good luck with that idea! No refunds under any circumstances!Cancellation policy... within 24hr was $20 and changed without notice to half of the grooming appointment fee $37.50 which is not Woof Gang's policy, just Brier Creek. You are not able to reach anyone till after 10am, if you're lucky. I believe they deliberately call to confirm at a time that you are unable to change or cancel without incurring a fee.Kaitlin (the receptionist) is deceptive and I don't know if they trained her to be that way or if she just provides extremely poor customer service. The Manager is rude and argumenative and it gets better the Owner is very dismissive. She told me, ..."to take it or leave it. I don't need to come back to the store!"There are other Woof Gang locations with better service, respect for their customers and follow directions on how you want you beloved pooches haircut. Take my advice...DO NOT GO to the Brier Creek location!

I asked for a teddy bear face with 2 inch hair. This should all be on camera me explaining this and also pointing at what I wanted length wise. My dogs hair was literally cut in a blunt cut, 1/2 inch long. Super upset about this because looking at reviews, y’all are capable of doing this cut but chose not to on my dog. Secondly — I received a text that was already checked off on agree, I did not fill out or consent to any forms. I asked about forms and if I need to email Londons records, Kaitlin informed me no and that I can just show them when I come in.As for my experience. I went to pick up my dog & I encounter Kaitlin who told me that it took two people to groom my dog and I would be charged for it. I asked if my pup was ok firstly and what happened? She told me her nails were a hassle to cut, so I would be charged for the other groomers time. I asked about the policy and told her that I told them they had anxiety due to having a very serious surgery. I typically only take her to the same 2 groomers, I would have took her elsewhere because I want this to be as least traumatic as possible for her. I love my dog and her wellbeing is very important to me.Kaitlin became immediately agitated and said ok we will see about getting it waived and this will be her last visit with us. Which was even more confusing because as a paying customer, I should have a right to ask about what felt like a hidden fee. We won’t agree on what she told me via phone. I told her that she didn’t tell me about a behavior fee, only a matting fee. & when I told her that’s fine, we won’t be back, she said good because you’re rude……. Which threw me off because again, I was not rude but I was direct in my questioning this fee, because again it was never stated to me.The groomer with the facial piercings came out to bring my dog and said “it took two people to do your dog.” I asked her the policy and if this should be told to people when they book. She said she wasn’t here for the beginning of the conversation but it’s posted everywhere and should’ve been told to me when I arrived. The block she grabbed by the register, did not have this policy, and Kaitlin said she didn’t tell me because she told me on the phone. But she didn’t.I told her it was fair, we will not return & it’s already been made clear that we are not welcome here but no one told me this. However I told them about my dogs anxiety, and now I’m afraid she was treated poorly especially based on these interactions. To which Kaitlin the reception said again good because confrontational and yelling at her - she was the one clearly raising her tone and agitated, and she’d insulted me 2 times at this point.I let her know that this was an unfair narrative - and to not paint me as an angry or confrontational black woman because I questioned a policy and if my dog who has extreme anxiety was ok and Kaitlin was the one being confrontational. The groomer chimes in to say that it has nothing to do with race and that I am wrong for bringing race into it, asking why would I do that. I told her that she told me she was not here for the entirety of the conversation, and that it’s not ok to defend Kaitlin who was in fact very passive aggressive and confrontational & had insulted me multiple times - & also told me I was confrontational several times though I was not, I was speaking on my dogs wellbeing, this policy and asking questions. She was insulting several times and very rude. I told the groomer it was unfair that she was quick to dismiss my question because she wasn’t there, but is defending Kaitlin and saying my feelings are wrong though she can’t identify with my experience. It is very unfair to me and an unconscious bias. I’ve never been treated this way and we only came here after moving back to NC and I regret it. My poor dog is so quiet and sad now and she’s a very active dog. I was treated so poorly, ganged up on, my dog has a horrible hair cut and to make it worse — I paid for it. Discrimination. Sad.

No option to cancel appointments online. Because of this, we tried to cancel an appointment via phone at 10am directly when they open for an appointment the next day at 9am (23 hours prior) we were told we couldn’t cancel and charged a fee for cancelling less than 24 hours before. The receptionist Kaitlyn was quite rude and refused to work with us on this issue.
