We are so grateful to have James back in our lives. Our lovely Lea missed him dearly and we would take the trip every grooming appointment moving forward that she needs just to come see, James.By the way, if you want to know what an excellent groomer, he is. I’ve been bringing my dog to Woof Gang Bakery for grooming for over 12 years. I now have two dogs and although tiny, they can be a handful. I stay with them during the entire grooming process. The kindness and caring that goes into each grooming appointment is amazing. I watched one groomer just standing quietly comforting, hugging and kissing a dog just to give the dog a break. It’s a tough job, regardless the size of the dog. I can’t thank Sherri enough for always being there for us and going above and beyond to do the best job possible considering she’s working on two moving targets! She works very hard to meet our needs as do the rest of the groomers. Know that when your dogs are there they are treated with the utmost love and kindness. If I could give negative stars I would. I want to preface by saying that the report we were given on our dog said he was well-behaved, so I do not believe this was a result of my dog’s behavior while being groomed. I had my dog (golden retriever) groomed here yesterday and I cannot even begin to express how horrible he looks. We requested extra attention to his ears and bottom and that was apparently a mistake because the hair on both were cut so unevenly and choppy. His flanks and feet required trimming at home because neither looked like they were touched. Don’t waste your money here. It’s far too expensive for him to look like a child groomed him.

Lisa is Absolutely wonderful! I’ve followed her from North Hills Woof Gang, to Cameron Village, to Gateway and now Brennan Station.Wherever she goes, Gabby & I will follow her. She loves what she does & she loves my fur baby!

Absolutely love this place. Used to frequent Petco but between the inconsistent costs and hassle for appointments I ventured out to find a new place. Would def recommend for any dog parent out there looking for a new groomer to call home! I take my beagles for a trim and they take walk ins so it’s super convenient and only $15 a pup. Nothing bad to say and the little baked goods for the pups are so cute and creative.

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us and our furry friend feel so welcome. The grooming services were top-notch; our dog came out looking and feeling amazing. The attention to detail was impressive, and they truly cared about our dog’s comfort throughout the process. The facility was clean, and you could tell they prioritize the well-being of the animals. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional, caring, and skilled grooming services for their beloved dog!

They literally messed up my dog, he was a beautiful smart dog with fairy long hair and i asked for only a trim… not only did they nearly shave my dog bald but now hes acting like hes missing a chromosome

Just take your pet to petco this place is a waste of money and horrible work and terrible management. Paid for work half done , now my dog looks like a llama. My poor dog can’t see and i have to pay another haircut some where else .

Our dog Rocco is old and needed to have his nails clipped and groomed. Due to his age. This is his first experience of getting groomed. What a fabulous job! ?. He was happy when we picked him up. His groomer onox was so kind friendly and professional. We will certainly be back. Thank you for making Rocco experience great
