Good place for Festool tools and now Woodcraft is exclusive place for Woodpecker tools. Really nice selection of lumber and turning blocks and blanks.

I've gone to this store three times to try to give it a shot and every time the guy behind the counter seems annoyed to have to deal with me. Woodworking is not cheap and the ability to ask questions and gain knowledge in person is essential and unfortunately my experiences at this store make me reluctant to engage.
It's too bad, because Woodcraft is more convenient to where I live but I'm going to making the drive to the new store across town from now on.

Very helpful, happy employees. Great variety of supplies and wood. Offers classes at times, on a variety of subjects. Today was: Band saw box making, that had hidden drawers.Enjoy every time I get to go to this wonderfully laid out store.

Beginning woodworker here and got wonderful help from an employee there a couple of weeks ago about getting me started with dust collection (using shop vac). Made a purchase then but came back in today to get some adapters and hose, but the guy today basically discredited everything the previous guy said. He was condescending and almost seemed bothered that he had to interact with a rookie. He assumed and asserted I got all of my info via YouTube and I didn’t bother telling him it was one of his coworkers because I was annoyed at that point. Store wasn’t very busy and none of the employees seemed very inviting or helpful. If it’s going to be like that, I’ll make my purchases through Amazon and the big box stores.

Exactly what I expected, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Took the time to educate me about my intended purchase while offering a money and alternative. Picture is not the actual item because I haven't opened the box yet.

Woodcraft of Raleigh NC is a great place to shop for woodworking tools and supplies. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they're always willing to answer your questions and help you find the right products for your project.I recently went to Woodcraft to buy some tools for a new woodworking project I'm working on. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales associate who helped me find the exact tools I needed. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to use them.I was impressed with the wide selection of woodworking tools and supplies that Woodcraft has to offer. They have everything you need, from basic hand tools to high-end power tools. They also have a great selection of wood, finishes, and other woodworking supplies.Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Woodcraft of Raleigh NC. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and they had a wide selection of products to choose from. I would definitely recommend Woodcraft to anyone who is looking for woodworking tools and supplies.

Nice store for some exotic wood and some tools. The reason for low ratings is nobody says hi and to busy looking at there phones. They try very hard not to make eye contact. This is not a one time thing as it happens every time. Apparently from alot of reviews am not the only one that feels that way.
