Everyone who works at the various locations is great and so helpful. I did have a small frustration with the return policy as I did not know items bought in the store could not be returned for a refund, but they were very helpful and had great customer service after the fact. Just something to keep in mind when shopping here.”

After just one visit, they remembered me and my mom and have helped me get gifts for her ever since. It's so nice to know that every birthday, Mother's Day, and Christmas, I can go there and ask them to help pick out the perfect present (and they do!). My Dad became jealous of my perfect gift giving, so they now help him from afar. I love this store!”

“We went to the Crabtree brooks brothers after going to multiple other stores to look for my fiancés suit for our wedding. This is new territory for us as we are young and have never bought a suit before. Prior to going to brooks brothers we were looked at as stupid from multiple stores and received no help. As soon as we walked into brooks brothers Susan greeted us kindly and was SO HELPFUL. She spent a lot of time finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We felt respected and that we were taken seriously and she helped us make sure we found the perfect fit for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Yuri, the tailor, also came out to make sure we were purchasing the correct size for the best outcome. Susan, you are the best. Will be returning for any future needs we have!”
