“Went to this location to return an online order fully expecting it to be a hassle. Instead I waited in line while I watched a very patient and respectful young male NB employee named Jo working with customers that presented with a complicated exchange transaction and who seemed to enjoy dragging out the process. After 10 minutes he politely apologized for the delay, asked someone to finish with those folks and he would address my return. If Jo is a manager there he is a good one. and if he isn’t he should be a manger there or somewhere. As an older customer I am often ignored or brushed off. Neither of these occurred, in fact Jo helped me look at some inserts even though the store was closing in ten minutes.
I will make it a point to return to the store when I have more time to try on the inserts and other shoes at this NB location. The kind and respectful demeanor I received in this store will certainly be remembered. Thank you Jo.”
“I’ve been visiting Uniquities since I was very young and am excited to finally be living in the Triangle so I can shop here more regularly. Everyone who works at the various locations is great and so helpful. I did have a small frustration with the return policy as I did not know items bought in the store could not be returned for a refund, but they were very helpful and had great customer service after the fact. Just something to keep in mind when shopping here.”

After just one visit, they remembered me and my mom and have helped me get gifts for her ever since. They have a small kids gift section, some home and bath gift options, a rack with inclusive plus sizing, spacious try on rooms, and friendly, attentive staff! Had a nice time perusing and chatting. Got a lovely, high quality dress and will probably go back to get the other one I liked before I leave Raleigh. Definitely worth a stop in!”
