I went into the store maybe 10 mins before they closed. I immediately got one item and checked out but the staff were really kind and did not rush me. An associate even went to the back to get the size shoe I needed. I will be back.

What an incredible experience! The store manager along with her team create such a fun, positive, comfortable environment for everyone! There were people of all ages and sizes and they were equally as kind and helpful to everyone.
Plus - I hit the jackpot with sandals, boots, and dresses for vacay/wedding at a super reasonable price ?

Caitlin was working alone today and you’d never know it the store was slammed packed and she was hustling and handling the whole store/cash register/fitting room and answering questions like a professional and very promptly. I was so impressed with her work ethic and professionalism. The world needs more employees like Caitlin!

Contacting corporate following an incident in the store that took place on 4/20/24. My elderly mother was attempting to return a dress and the two “co-managers” were extremely rude and volatile. They absolutely refused to give her a refund for a non special occasion dress that was purchased on 4/9/24 in which she had the receipt for and was unworn in perfect condition. Instead they only offered a store credit continually speaking down to her like she was incompetent. These employees took it upon themselves to degrade and put an elderly woman in a predicament where she felt so inferior she was literally afraid to remain in the store to help her granddaughter shop (to use said store-credit in which should have actually been a full refund!). Shame on you! Do better. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. After the altercation I requested the “co- managers” supervisors contact information or the general mangers to make them aware of the situation and treatment of customers at their store. Of course both “co-managers” refused to provide the information and laughed instead. If you don’t know how to treat people maybe you should look for a position that does not require face to face interaction. Disgusting behavior.

A solid 40 girls accompanied by a mother, bestie, boyfriend or all of the above; stood in a line that wrapped around the store to try on dresses. The check out was just as long. The staff ROCK IT on Saturday. The store was operating like a well oil machine. Staff was firm not aggressive with instructions. They displayed perfect communication with one another. It was sincerely a pleasant experience. A co-manager, Journe took the time to assist my daughter with everything she needed and more. Kudos to the staff !

Literally had the best experience here the other day. Brought all my friends to look for a prom dress and found the one. Also props to one of your workers, Caitlyn, she made the experience very enjoyable!!!

Racist!! I was asked 3 times by the same person did I need help, while I was waiting for my daughter who was trying on prom dresses. The lady made sure she stayed busy messing with dresses where I was standing. Not one time were any of the white customers followed and watched the whole time I was in the store. If you are BLACK don't shop here, they automatically think you want to steal. Stop judging people by their skin color.
