Nahu was absolutely wonderful! He is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what they are doing and the reasoning behind it. They came in, found the issue causing a leak and resolved it same day! Would definitely recommend!

Great service, thorough, on time, friendly, and incredibly insightful. And quick! We have a little one on the floor a lot and I requested shoe covers in advance which they were prepared with. I appreciate that a ton. He also left us with a complimentary product to help with fruit flies we’ve been having from a a sink drain. Highly recommend.

William Parrish charged me $1k for a lazy, lousy dishwasher installation. The dishwasher was not installed level; furthermore, neither the frame of the dishwasher nor the toe panel were secured properly (see pictures). This resulted in the dishwasher being loose and not closing properly. I expected much better for the price that was paid.

On a Sunday, my water heater was leaking from my garage into my kitchen. I did a quick search online and saw William Parrish Plumbing had a very high rating. I called and was able to get an onsite same day appointment. Nahu came out and disabled the water line into the house from the heater. Unfortunately there was a crack inside so the 21 year old unit had to be replaced. I went ahead and opted for the full replacement and Nahu was able to come out the next day and fix everything. I greatly appreciate you fixing this. Thank you!

Today Austin arrived on time and prepared to replace bathroom under sink water valves. What a pleasure to have him in my home and thankful for his workmanship and knowledge of the job at hand! He was quiet, polite and very knowledgeable. He did a great job and left no mess behind. This is the second time Austin has done a super job for me. Lots of thanks to Amber, CSR, also ?

The plumber came out and cleared the line for $900. He was supposed to send a quote for what else needed to be done. That’s been 2 weeks ago and we still haven’t received it. 2 days later the toilet started bubbling again. Called another plumber and he fixed it for $400! Would not recommend! ***Update!!! Mr Parrish called my husband and made it right!

Nahu and the team from William Parrish were amazing. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They replaced our broken water tank with a new tankless system the same day based on an early morning emergency call. Highly recommend this team and firm.
