Excellent service! I worked online with one of their design consultants (NC) and she had everything shipped to my job site which was in a remote area. We had one item that was damaged in transit and she had a replacement shipped immediately.

I live in Rhode Island and got to know Nour regarding a Galley Work Station for a new home build in Leland. The builder informed me on a Thursday that they lost the disposal flange and strainer kit for the sink and that the plumber was coming to do work on the following Monday. Nour was able to overnight a new flange and strainer kit to me while visiting in Leland. I was truly impressed by her ability to act quickly and resolve the issue. Based on her professionalism my wife and I will definitely be looking to do business with Nour and Wilkinson with any future projects.

I would not do business with them again. They charged me >25% restocking fee on a $628 item which I saw in their showroom. While their invoice says they "may" charge a restocking fee, they do not disclose it would be >25%. I considered the purchase carefully & only returned it after it was delivered & I discovered it came with bare wires that required an electrician to install. Their recommended electrician's estimate was $640 -- more than the cost of the mirror! -- & drywall repair would be required afterward. Amazon has a similar mirror that comes with a plug. I was an established customer. Caveat emptor!

Excellent service and selection of materials. When you are in the showroom ask for Nour Carrilo. This lady knows her inventory and was great help to me in making my selection for bathroom remodel.They have everything you need and some items you didn’t know you need.There is also lights and chandeliers that are fresh and very nice looking.Highly recommended

Wilkinson nailed it. We replaced the original front doors to our almost 40 year old home and were in need of specific door hardware. Their team helped us identify what we needed, our order was placed, and it fits perfectly. Exceeded expectations. Thank you Wilkinson!

Incredible Service! Incorrect soaking tub was delivered and installed during a remodel project. (Not Wilkinson's Error!)Lori expedited delivery of the correct tub and coordinate reimbursement for the plumber’s extra time and materials.They will have our business forever.

Very poor customer service. Went on a weekday to just look at kitchen sinks. Was accosted and reprimanded by a customer service associate for not having an appointment (website says it's NOT required to visit the showroom, just recommended if you need help; but you wouldn't know that from the rebuke I got from the sales associate). Left a bad taste in my mouth, especially in light of all the reviews I'd read beforehand saying what stellar customer service they have. Was not my experience.

Wonderful local business! I would highly recommend them for anything related to kitchen and bath. Their prices are very fair and their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Kevin and Rachel. Definitely have earned my repeat business!

Had a very enlightening and thoroughly enjoyable experience with Paul Mertens today at Wilkinson Supply. Paul is the on staff appliance guru. Extremely knowledgable and an excellent and an excellent communicator. Paul gave us an hour plus of his expertise. We are in the process of remodeling our home, I came to this store to see the appliances and high end fixtures. The staff were all too caught up in talking to each other than to help me or even acknowledge my presence. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent service. Arrived to my appointment at Wilkinson with Emily. Emily was wonderful help to me in trying to figure out how to replace an old fixture on my garden tub. There was absolutely no pressure with Emily to buy and thoroughly presented all of the possible solutions to my problem. Thanks Emily!
