However, navigating the massive warehouse can be time-consuming, and checkout lines are often lengthy. The lines move quickly with the experienced cashiers.”
“We picked up three pies the day before Thanksgiving, pumpkin, pecan and sweet potato. Surprisingly, there was no line, though the cheerful checker told us there had been when they opened a few hours before. Arriving later didn't hurt us; they were fully stocked up on everything.Taste-wise, the pumpkin and pecan were decent standard versions, but the sweet potato ROCKED! I loved that it wasn't too sweet and not overly spiced--the flavors of nutmeg and sweet potato came through.”

“Sam's is one of the places that has been great at making technology more helpful in store. I love the ability to scan as I shop with my phone without having to take everything in and out of my cart. I also appreciate the gas station and the free order ahead with free Curbside pick up for plus members. Cafe is nice inexpensive food - the only sad part is they recently followed Costco's lead in removing any options to have vegetables on the pizzas.”
“We've been going this store for years. It's still our favorite. Unfortunately, The outside of the store and parking lot are looking distressed. But the biggest problem is all the homeless walking around begging for stuff.”

“I have watched 2 people yesterday and a couple today asking for birthday cakes be personalized and the only one that does them is off for 4 days. BJs has lost several very good sales as the people have walked away from the bakery empty handed. It seems that someone should be able to finish the cakes during every shift. Perhaps someone should look into getting the sales back on track?”
“The Management team and team members are always extremely accommodating. When inquired about services offered, the response was immediate and very accommodating. BJ's Club take care of their customers and the community. They go above and beyond for their customers! The staff is always professional, kind, and outgoing. “Costcos are all the same, sure. The aisles are wide, plenty of options, etc etc. We got a huge deal on a Sonos sound bar and speakers which is awesome. They were selling quick because of the early Black Friday deals. The staff here are really nice, too. It gets super busy on weekends but the lines move quickly compared to other costcos I've been to. Overall, it's a great Costco with nice employees.”
“I have been going to this location for almost 6 years now and the staff is always super friendly. Going out of their way to say hi since my face looks familiar. Just an overall friendly neighborly experience. Prior to covid, I would shop the business member hours and it was fantastic. The store is always extremely clean and organized. Every member seems to know their way around the store, so they're always willing to help you find something. The meat department is always very accommodating for whatever I need and willing to go the extra mile if I need something more specific. Wait times are never usually long to check out, so it is always a quick in and our experience.”
“Had the best assistance on Saturday in clothing! We had returned to buy more men’s shorts but they weren’t in the same location as the previous week. I asked a worker named Diaris and not only did she tell me where they were she came over to ensure I found them. There was another shopper trying to find a certain size and commented to me that this was her 3rd store. Diaris overheard and asked what size she was needing. She pulled out a box of new stock for the woman to pick up the colors in the size she needed. What a great way to go above and beyond! (So glad I deliberately looked at her name tag so I could share this.)”

“Great people here. In particular, TRAVIS was very helpful in getting battery installed in my car. They listen your concerns and try to help you with right approaches. I had to have my battery replaced within warranty period and the experience was as smooth as it could be. Had my membership renewed and Definitely come back.”
“I like the Brier Creek BJ's and the coupons! Have been a customer here since the day this store opened. Typically, always find what I need. Easy checkout. Costco and Sam's clubs are on my do not return list! Granted, some of the employees are not always very pleasant. That statement is true everywhere I go. But you have to realize the rude customers they put up with all day. Walk a mile in someone else's shoes -”
