I highly recommend Carfix at Hillsborough Street. I've been bringing my cars here ever since I moved to Raleigh and have never been disappointed. I’ve used this shop for my 12 year old Acura twice now. Both times the service has been excellent and I got a clear breakdown of estimated costs. I believe they are not the cheapest option, but their quality is high and the repairs are guaranteed for 5 years. It’s less expensive than the dealership, I get a much faster turnaround, and they are very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

I showed up without an appointment to get a patch on my tire and, even though they had a day full of appointments, they were able to squeeze me in. Tire is repaired and had great service.

I had a wonderful experience at CarFix on Hillsborough Street. I went in for new brake pads and a state inspection. They were able to fit me in the same day - they dropped me off at my house while my car was being worked on, and picked me up when the car was ready! Christine and Heather provided outstanding customer service! Fair prices, honest staff, and a friendly vibe. I will definitely be returning for future auto repair needs. It’s great to have a place you can trust!
