Gianna was absolutely amazing!! I have tried on so many dresses at multiple dress shops. Gianna was the only stylist to really understand my vision and help bring my dream dress to me! Thank you White of Raleigh and Gianna!

I loved working with everyone at White of Raleigh!! I was looking for a detailed show stopper dress with a nude underlining and beading detail on the outside and they helped me narrow down my options to find the perfect one! They also helped me pick out accessories such as my sleeves and veil to go with my dress!As soon as I arrived for my appointment they made me and my party feel very comfortable and kept the energy alive and positive! They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly the right questions to ask to help me find my dress quickly. Not to mention the spacious, clean and beautiful environment they offer for trying on and showing off the dresses in front of their mirrors and platform for your party to see. I also loved the little gifts they provided during my appointments and the hospitality. 100% highly recommend everyone to make an appointment with White of Raleigh for their wedding dress/ accessory needs!!

As a 2024 Bride, I cannot express enough gratitude to the White of Raleigh team. I have been to every bridal boutique in the Triangle and no one has come close to the experience I had at White of Raleigh. My stylist Lauren went above and beyond to make me feel special, have my back with opinions from entourage ?, and knew exactly what I was looking for even if it took 3 separate appointments!! These ladies were patient, kind, and went above and beyond with customer service, and my dress is stunning. Came 3 months early too!! I will be recommending White of Raleigh every chance I get, thank you ladies for everything you do!!

The salon is beautiful and clean, plus a really great location. The dresses they carry look stunning and there is definitely a great variety of styles! My associate was nice enough however of all the bridal salons in Raleigh that I visited, this was the only one that made me feel like I didn't have enough money (I'm sorry but I think a budget up to $3500 is not that crazy low) and that I didnt lose enough weight. I'm a size 14/16 which is the average size of American women, and many dresses I couldnt even try on or really even see what they could actually look like on myself because they were so small. At these price points, having 2 sizes of dress samples for most if not all dresses on hand really shouldnt be that big of an ask, especially when considering other local salons are able to do so. That said, there was an older female associate (I think the manager?) who was really very lovely!

Emma was incredible! She asked my vision and then pulled just about everything she could think of so that I could narrow it down and find my perfect dress. There were certain dresses that I would have never picked, but she knew what would look good and she was right! Out of all of the places that I went, she was the person that stood out the most to me. She did an amazing job picking out different styles, helping me in the dressing room and getting me into the dress so that it was tight enough that I could actually envision what it would look like if it was fitted specifically for me. I also loved the way all of the staff at White worked together to provide me with the best experience and ultimately helping me find my dream dress. It took two appointments for me to finally say yes, but Emma was so patient with me and I’m so glad I got my dress from here! Thank you Emma!!!

I had a great experience at White and Emma was amazing! She was exactly the type of person you'd want helping you select a dress for that special day! She knew what I was looking for and helped pick dresses that fit my vision. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about ways we could alter certain dresses to make them exactly what I was looking for, and had fantastic accessory suggestions. When you think about the "experience" you've always imagined for your wedding day, you definitely get it here.

My experience with White of Raleigh started fabulous. Moira was amazing to work with when finding my wedding and purchasing my wedding dress. She was so helpful, so kind, and so invested. She really knew how to hype a girl up.Fast forward 6 months and my dress had arrived. Upon going to try on/pick up my dress, we realized Moira no longer worked there; no big deal. The manager was now also someone new.We had a pretty unpleasant experience with the new consultant who was there for our pick-up appointment. Nothing outstanding, but she wasn't very nice or helpful, and it seemed like she was waiting for us to leave as soon as possible.I took the dress to get altered two days later. This is where I noticed that my dress was the wrong size. I immediately reached out to White of Raleigh to let them know. When I picked up my dress, no one mentioned anything about it being a different size, so I assume they didn't even check to confirm the order's accuracy upon delivery.From here, things went south. The communication and customer service from White of Raleigh's manager is inexcusable. I have been going back and forth since December trying to figure this out. I go weeks without a response and have to follow up multiple times. No apology or accountability has been taken for the wrong dress size being ordered.When you purchase a dress here, you must sign off on numerous things, including the size of the dress ordered. They stated that they intentionally changed the size without any communication with me. When spending this amount of money on something, you want it to be correct, especially considering what you signed off for and what your receipt states.My dress now needs considerably more alterations, which they have said would have cost the same amount of money no matter what. Whether this is true or not is beside the point.Needless to say, I am still waiting to hear from the owner, who I was told would reach out to me 3 weeks ago. Yet I have heard nothing.I hope this ends positively, but unfortunately, White of Raleigh will not be somewhere I recommend to others - no matter how much I love my dress.

Their ability to see what I couldn’t see and make suggestions was impeccable. I worked with Gianna during my appointment to find the perfect dress and she was absolutely incredible. With a very brief description on what I was looking for, she picked out several dresses that were flattering in all the aspects I was hoping for and made sure to stay under the budget that I had mentioned as my max. She was extremely personable and elevated the entire experience of trying on wedding dresses - her attention to detail was also amazing. I had been to another bridal shop before this one earlier that same day and the experience at the first did not even come close to my experience at White Bridal. The manager who was working at the time was also kind & just lovely all around. Everyone at White Bridal made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision and I'm so grateful!

I had such a fun time today trying on dresses!! My stylist listened to what I wanted and pulled beautiful gowns for me as well as allowed me to find some to try on myself! She helped me in and out of every gown! Very beautiful selection of dresses!!
