“I have used this shop for over a decade and only allow them to work on my cars. They are like family and always inform me about what my car needs before just throwing the parts on. All the mechanics are professional and have expertise at car repair. If anything goes wrong with a part or repair, they will stand behind it and fix what broke. I took my car to a dealership for an intermittent starting problem, and they couldn't figure it out. Don Lee's tire was able to figure out that it was the ignition switch. They are honest and do great work! Waited while they inspected my car, and my dog was welcome. They always do their best to accommodate my schedule.”

From placing the appointment online to driving off, was completely satisfying. The gentleman at the front desk Daniel was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He told me my service would take 30 minutes and in 30 minutes my vehicle was ready to head out the door. Alan was very nice and courteous, brought my vehicle when it was completed and walked me thru the service they had done. By far this is the best service I have ever experienced from a tire shop. They ordered my tire since it is a more uncommon tire and it got delayed a few days but the worker attending me was super nice and got the same tire locally to give me my car back at the promised date! “I bought a used car that had two rims with damage. The dealership arranged for Rimguard to fix them. I took it to Frank down at the Cary Auto Mall and in less than 30 minutes he repaired both rims. When I saw the finished product, I could not believe it. They look brand new. It was like magic. Frank was really nice and professional. Communication and scheduling was easy and great. I will be taking my wife's car to him next week to get one of her wheels fixed.”
