“I bought a used car that had two rims with damage. The dealership arranged for Rimguard to fix them. I took it to Frank down at the Cary Auto Mall and in less than 30 minutes he repaired both rims. When I saw the finished product, I could not believe it. They look brand new. It was like magic. Frank was really nice and professional. Communication and scheduling was easy and great. I will be taking my wife's car to him next week to get one of her wheels fixed.”

“They gave me a great deal on a set of new tires. I paid $20 down and they allow for monthly, weekly, and biweekly payment. The tires look and feel great. It was a little while to get done, so I recommend bringing a snack lol, but otherwise pretty good deal.”

“Spent $1564.06 on 4 tires. Drove off and my pressure indicator was at 41 on one of the tires. Brought it back and was told, keep driving it will fix itself. Went to 39. After 80 miles still at 39-41. Brought it back again. Told it'll be an hour to check the tire. Been sitting here for 20 minutes, nothing. Yesterday they had a lot of labor and few customers. Maybe it would have been a good customer service move to check the tire yesterday. In 2 minutes. Now I'm concerned they sold a bum pirelli tire. 4.0 rating is being generous for what could have been a one minute fix (not 1+ hours out of my day...for a tire pressure issue on a brand new tire).”

“Not every tire place is the same. This place treated me professionally, kindly and respectfully. I read other reviews and I know not everyone is happy with service here. I've had some questionable experiences with some other big box tire places and some smaller places like this and had questionable issues. However, I would still highly recommend this place to people needing balancing or tires.”
