Horrible experience. Says express car wash and took over 40 minutes for a basic wash. Slowest and most inefficient place I’ve ever seen. After 40 minutes of waiting you’d think it would be an amazing job, but no. Will never come back here again.

Overall a fine car wash, what I don't understand is vehicles they are vacuuming/cleaning the inside of, they line up in the wash line. You have wait for them to individually service each one of these cars before going through. Zero chance of stopping for a quick pull through wash... no reason for vehicles to be lined up for wash when they need to be cleaned first. Poor system.

I usually get a full service wash with interior vacuum, and I’ve always been pleased with the results. They’re efficient and friendly and always have coupons available on their website.

Reluctant to put the new car through a touch wash but came through beautifully. The guys took great care and the car looks beautiful. Came for a wash, left with an experience!

I moved to Raleigh in December of 2023 and quickly learned that this will be the only place I take my vehicles to get washed. There attention to detail for the price is simply unbeatable. Thank you West Gate!
