Worthless. Massive monthly fees for no services. All you get is robots for customer service. You will tell them you are traveling and not to suspend your accounts and then you are in the middle of nowhere and have no access to your money or real customer service. Cash is all you can really trust, invest your money in your self, your home, your own business. Retirement, and investment accounts have done NOTHING. Just a giant scam to make money off of your money. Keep your money in your own pockets.

I didn’t know you have to come at least an hour before the store’s closed time to set a bank account. I and my brother came at 4:05 pm and they refused to help us to set up a bank account. We went to another bank and they helped us right away. This has never happened to me at another bank. This bank is so insufficient and the bankers are rude compared to the one at Six Forks. I would rather drive a 7 minute extra than to face these people.

What an inconvenience and disappointment with this location. Came in to get 2 certified checks. I didn't notice, but both were printed on the wrong side and unable to submit. Running around was such a hassle. Never have I experienced such an error like this. Have been banking with WF since 2006, but I feel I got to elsewhere.

I read these negative reviews and was surprised. Things have changed in the past year and we have to change and be patient with the times. So what if drive thru lines are long, we need to be safe. I enjoy my interaction with the employees EVERY time I do banking with ten. Thank you.

Worst service I’ve ever received at a bank in my life. 30 minute wait at a drive thru is unacceptable. You need more staff!!!

Very disappointed in the service at this branch. Was told I had to make an appointment to access valuables at the bank which I did. Showed up 5 mins early and then waited outside for 30 minutes as nobody would answer the door. Repeated calls to request access but no one answers the phone. Considering moving all my accounts with Wells Fargo.
