I waited when there was absolutely no one in line and there were AMPLE tellers available to help. I’m a hijabi so I’ll equate my wait to that. I’ll be calling corporate for religious discrimination. A bald white man and Rosemary treated me disgustingly.

I have made 2 different appointments to meet with a banker with this branch in order to make sure I could have my issues addressed when I arrived. Both times no one has been available to speak to me at my appointment time. I've had to wait 15 - 25 after my appointment time to get seen. This can be frustrating when you think you have planned ahead to reserve a time. It would be helpful if this extra wait time was noted when making the appointment.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. Edwin España was rude and disrespectful. This is the second week in a row, He has shown his total lack of respect for customers. Do not bank here or Wells Fargo for that matter. They illegally set up an account in my name and then told me it was my fault. Credit Unions is your best option, never been treated this way at COASTAL.

Whoever is in charge of internal promotions for Wells Fargo, LISTEN UP.I’ve been in sales and customer service all my life. I’ve dealt with more people in my career than most do in a lifetime. I know when someone is the real deal and when they’re not.JODI, IS THE REAL DEAL.If you don’t promote her, she will get hired right out from underneath you. She has proven her capabilities to me in numerous high-stress situations where she was forced to come up with creative solutions to solve clients’ problems, maintain her integrity, posture, and professionalism, and she does so with ease AND a smile.It’s more than apparent that she is being underutilized and that her abilities far exceed her current role. If Wells Fargo has any sense at all they would fly her to the corporate headquarters and interview her for a position suitable to her potential. Like, yesterday.If she’s not promoted within 6 months, I promise I will offer her a job she won’t be able to turndown and you will have lost an Ace because of your own negligence.Clock’s ticking. Don’t be stupid.

Absolutely outstanding client service, expertise and professionalism at Wells Fargo, 6002 Falls of Neuse Rd branch. This is one of the best branch. Joanna and everyone in the branch are really friendly, helpful and they always greet you as you come in. Use this place!

My father, who has banked for over 40 plus years with this bank, needed some assistance with his accounts yesterday. I informed the banker, Jonathan Hammond, that my father had a mini stroke and suffered brain trauma only 10 days prior and that he may get confused easily.

Customer Service is great at this location but they do not ask how you would like your cash back like other locations do. The amount of homeless people that congregate around this location can make you uncomfortable.

The customer service in this location was very good, the vibe in there was positive and everyone was smiling and in good spirits. This location is very convenient and spacious. Making your banking need your own business and feels very private.

I have been going to this bank every day for almost 3 years. The staff are so pleasant and friendly, they really take the time to get to know you. I've never had a bad experience there. I've gone to other branches and never have the friendly customer service that I get here. Highly recommend this location!

Where do I begin? I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years, even when it was Wachovia. As years have gone by, I've grown to dislike this bank. However, I've remained a loyal consumer... until now. I'm withdrawing all of my money the first chance I get. I have had numerous issues with their business practices for a while now. I blame myself for waiting so long to take my money to a different institution. Today, I was finally pushed to the edge. Although my encounter today is small in the grand scheme of things, it was the straw that broke the camel's back. I went into this particular branch to get a temporary card after my current card was deactivated for potential fraud. I appreciate the foresight, but I never got a new card. After waiting, Felicia called me to speak with her. She was unfriendly to begin with. When I explained my predicament to her, she coldly asked if I had the Wells Fargo app on my phone. I explained that I did and opened it on my phone, handing it to her. She observed that I had unopened electronic correspondences alerting me about my new card and was incredibly rude about it. I told her that I get paper messages as well and have been waiting for my card to come in the mail. She had the audacity to ask if I knew what a Wells Fargo envelope looks like. Take that as you will, but I'm 29yo. I've been with this bank since 2005, I know what it looks like. I tried to be friendly and lighthearted about the things she said, but I've never felt more unwelcome. In the end, I got everything I needed, but I'm done with this bank. You've lost a customer for life.
