I waited when there was absolutely no one in line and there were AMPLE tellers available to help. I’m a hijabi so I’ll equate my wait to that. I’ll be calling corporate for religious discrimination. A bald white man and Rosemary treated me disgustingly.

I have made 2 different appointments to meet with a banker with this branch in order to make sure I could have my issues addressed when I arrived. Both times no one has been available to speak to me at my appointment time. I've had to wait 15 - 25 after my appointment time to get seen. This can be frustrating when you think you have planned ahead to reserve a time. It would be helpful if this extra wait time was noted when making the appointment.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. Edwin España was rude and disrespectful. This is the second week in a row, He has shown his total lack of respect for customers. Do not bank here or Wells Fargo for that matter. They illegally set up an account in my name and then told me it was my fault. Credit Unions is your best option, never been treated this way at COASTAL.

Whoever is in charge of internal promotions for Wells Fargo, LISTEN UP.I’ve been in sales and customer service all my life. I’ve dealt with more people in my career than most do in a lifetime. I know when someone is the real deal and when they’re not.JODI, IS THE REAL DEAL.If you don’t promote her, she will get hired right out from underneath you. She has proven her capabilities to me in numerous high-stress situations where she was forced to come up with creative solutions to solve clients’ problems, maintain her integrity, posture, and professionalism, and she does so with ease AND a smile.It’s more than apparent that she is being underutilized and that her abilities far exceed her current role. If Wells Fargo has any sense at all they would fly her to the corporate headquarters and interview her for a position suitable to her potential. Like, yesterday.If she’s not promoted within 6 months, I promise I will offer her a job she won’t be able to turndown and you will have lost an Ace because of your own negligence.Clock’s ticking. Don’t be stupid.
