Went in to ask if they could help me with something job related and both men I spoke to were incredibly rude and condescending. I get not being able to do something, but both the banker and notary didn't even greet me or say hello. But quick to make me feel like a fool for even stepping into the bank. Learn what customer service is for real because clearly decent communication isn't a value everyone shares.

Very sad, what is happening with my account since I created it on November 14, I have not been able to access my money, they blocked my card and to date there is no response with my situation. It's been more than a month now that I need you to give me a solution because if I went to this branch it was because of a good recommendation and look at everything I'm going through.

I have been having a very bad experience with this bank since November 14, I created my account which was blocked from the first day and today it has been a month since that and I have not been able to use my money nor can they close my account the answer they give me is They depend on an email that they can't do anything about. That is to say, if my life depends on that money, I will die because the mail never arrives and my money will not be returned to me. Very bad, super bad experience, I hope this nightmare ends and I can recover what belongs to me.

Had an appointment with a notary at 10:30. They seemed unaware of my appt. The notary was very rude, had me sign it before she even reviewed it, then refused to notorize despite my explaining the situation. I offered to call the school so they could explain and she just shook her stamp at me saying she could lose her license. If she knew the amount of effort it took me to get this form printed and filled out…now because she already watched me sign it I have to start the whole process over. Very bad customer service.

I was there to closed my account, waited 30minutes for me just to be help. I can understand the wait if they were helping people but they were not. I have things I have to do but even after ask them “excuse me I can get some help” they were just a moment. I believe we all got things to do and I’m sure they do but if this branch need to hire more people please do so if your on the computer and people waiting, help people out. You have a banker having a long conversation with someone else talking about life in where they need to be helping.

I’m not sure if the teller hates her job or just resented being there on a Saturday but my husband waited in the drive through for almost an hour for the teller to tell him the bank doesn’t recognize the check from his employer. She was extremely rude all while my toddler was in the car. These checks have been cashed at Wells Fargo for over a year with no problem until today. FYI it’s a Wells Fargo check.

Not friendly for people with disabilities. My heart breaks for the lady I watched being treated with such disrespect this morning. The teller kept looking at me and rolling her eyes… do better

Service level was fine. 1st visit inside this particular branch so a little confused at about what to do to see a banker vs teller. So I just stood near that area and finally someone said, if I needed a banker to just have a seat in the chairs.

There were three people working at the front desk, With a long line behind me. I had six deposits in my hand. As soon as one of the Employees Saw me ( the Employees name is Mohammed ), he closed his register. He Refused to help me and Said, “were closed”! The other two employees Helped me and the rest of the customers. Not very professional.

Absolute worst experience ever. After being told they would be "right with me" I wasted my entire hr lunch break just to be told that they can't see me today and I'll have to come back. I'll be going to bank of America down the road to open my business checking.

Wells fargo has to be the worst bank by far .. In bank wait times can exceed 35min just make a withdrawal... unprofessional service.. incompetent bank tellers at the Raleigh nc spring forest location
