The attitude of the cashier Gwen is very arrogant. If they improve that would be great. Thank you

I had to get a fairly large amount of documents notarized here. Latressa and Megan were very helpful and friendly each time and really went above and beyond to help me get this transaction completed. Thanks again!

Last week I brought my grandfather and mother into the bank. My grandfather who is in a wheelchair was so happy when he saw a very sophisticated woman open the door for him. The bank manager saw us from her office and came to open the door for us. We were immediately assisted by a wonderful woman who let my grandfather talk and talk and talk while she quietly told me she had completed the task we came in for. This branch although way out of my way, is close to his nursing home. He loves it! I am so impressed with every single employee we came into contact with, this branch should be the training center for all branches. A+ all the way around!

I banked with this company for over 30 years. When my father passed away and I inherited assets it seemed the logical place to move my brokerage accounts to as I felt this organization had "my back". This was a very poor assumption!!! This bank is all about money. They do not care about the person at all. When I went to talk to the "financial advisor" he told me about the bank's "Envision Plan" (a retirement model) and even showed me one of their current client profiles to ensure that I would understand how they were superior to other brokerage firms because they possessed this tool. I was also told by this "advisor" that other brokerage firm professionals were just "someone who sits behind a desk". What Wells Fargo Advisors do not tell you (until it is too late) is that they charge a 1% management fee for the assets in your brokerage account(s); i.e., if you have 1M you are charged 10K annually for their "management services". I never did find out what these "services" were as they did not identify these initially which should have been standard at their initial meeting. All they mentioned was the wonderful "Envision Plan", and I thought this was an added bonus given above what traditional brokerage firms normally support; i.e., buy/sell of stocks, bonds, etc. with the cost for these transactions being passed on to the client. The greed in this organization is overwhelming. All they care about is to take advantage of someone and then reap the profits from their lack of full disclosure of their policies. I believe in honesty in the forefront. If discussed at the initial meeting what their fees included it would not have been a problem. However, I found out about these later when new Wells Fargo accounts had been established. The only option then is to use their self-management division which creates its issues all its own (forms, forms and more forms) or to transfer to another new brokerage firm entirely (all those transfer fees). In the process of ruining your relationship with the previous broker the only thing the bank will do is send you a letter that says they are sorry for your "inconvenience". Yeah, right. This never should have happened to begin with if people would be honest from Day 1. Stay very far away from this deceptive bank and its dishonest principles. There is only one positive thing I can say about Wells Fargo. Some of their customer service staff members really do seem to care and were concerned that this could happen to one of their long-term clients (or someone even in their own family). I needed this kind of interaction after the indecent way I was treated by the management staff. This company has, however, a VERY long way to go if they think "together we'll go far" with this unwarranted behavior and obvious greed.

My car broke down in their ATM line and two employees came out to help jump it for me, not only did they bring my daughter and I water because it was 95 degrees, they also deposited my checks while we waited for my battery to charge. Friendly staff for sure!

I've been to this bank at least 3 times now and am not sure why everyone else says the service is poor. I've found the staff very quick and helpful here.
