So annoying to deal with. Walked in to make an account and was told I had to come back in a few days. Making a bank account should not be that complicated.

I tried to go into the bank in person to check my account for potential fraudulent activity and I was met with a less than helpful teller who directed me to call the 1800 number and refused to even attempt to help.If you’re looking for a bank you can trust it’s not this one.

The Gray haired man with glasses that works at this location is Rude and unprofessional! I’m assuming he was a branch manager and that makes it even worse. Brier creek location is much more helpful..
