They may be a huge bank, but they've always treated me good. Just like Wachovia did before them and First Union before them. I'm a loyal customer for life! Today, Robin helped me and she was very nice. Essence even came out to see if I had any personal banking needs she could help with. Really nice ladies!

My family and I went early on a Saturday and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I particularly want to praise Daphne. She opened an account for my brother. She took the time to educate and inform him. She also made sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed. Thank you to everyone that assisted us.
