I've sent my assistant to make a $2000.00 deposit and this crazy people refuse to take my deposit and I am totally unavailable to go and do it myself.I've never heard that no one other than the account owner are able to make deposits in to their own account.I've asked to speak with the manager after they've wasted my assistants time and the woman was rude and didn't care one bit of I close my account, I was in the middle of talking to her and she just hung up on me.Rude, nasty and unwilling to help any clients, I should have listened to the reviews and save myself the aggravation and time.Do not go to this location.This people are crazy it's not like she was trying to withdraw money, she was making a deposit. Wow!!!

My father worked for Wells Fargo for 34 years. He died a year ago and I have been trying to help my mother get some of his benefits she is entitled to. For over a year! We have been sent to different departments that have no knowledge of the other. We have faxed information to where was suggested and no one has any record- multiple times! Three different branches were clueless. Retirement department clueless . Human resources clueless. Meanwhile, my 80 year old mother still can not get her prescription benefits. It's shameful! Never will I bank with Wells Fargo.

Well I came to make sure others know about THIS WF Branch. Illinois WF is amazing. In the neighborhood and extremely customer forward. I’ve also had the misfortune of having to suffer the NHs branch. Once Todd left it was over. Granted I had an issue w my PIN but they didn’t even try to put me thru enough security questions so I could withdraw 150$ USD including I knew my safety deposit box number. She actually didn’t want to take the time to try AND there was no one else in the bank. Tomorrow I will CLOSE my safety deposit box and begin the arduous task of ending my long term account holdings down. No wonder your rating is what it is.

Worst wf branch ever, I always deposit checks via ATMs and never have I ever had an issue with any other branch, my money is always released promptly, but not with this branch, last week I deposited a check at this branch's ATM and now I can't access my funds until next month.... Smh.

Very bad experience! The way specialist was talking to me is just not acceptable. Instead of trying to help and understand the situation he was giving me the attitude because in his opinion I named the paper format wrong. It was a first time I tried to open the account and get the information I need about safe deposit box from some other bank beside Bank of America and Chase. And I regretted it right away. Neglecting and judgmental attitude, poor service. 0 satisfaction. 0 desire to ever go back there unless they train their workers to be nice and protective to their customers. Will stay will BOA where I feel safe and protected and it's always a pleasure talking to their representatives.

Do not work with Sylvia Jurgenson as your mortgage banker. My closing was completely botched and both myself and my parents wasted a half day attempting to close and she was completely unavailable/unresponsive during closing. Ultimately there were issues with the paperwork that she messed up and as a direct result we were unable to close. Her "35 years" of experience mean nothing as basic concepts of interest and standard paperwork are lost on her. My closing was pushed out a week where I needed to take another half day to go back and try to close again.Additionally there was additional interest accrued on the old mortgage/new mortgage because it was not paid off on the original date that I am now directly responsible for paying because of this lack of professionalism. She was even so stubborn as to argue and deny that it cost us more to close a week later and refused to acknowledge her fault in the entire ordeal.STAY AWAY.

Around 3 months ago, I was there with my partner because he needed assistance to talk with one of the associates there. The teller told us to sit down since he was with another customer already so we did. We waited roughly 20 min for him to finish( uncluding the 5 min he was just looking at his phone, purposely ignoring us) and while awknowledging us with eye contact proceeded to be on using and texting on his phone rather than helping us. Needless we did not want his help anymore and only when we were both close out the door he approach us to ask if we needed help. They definitely need to do better with how they treat their clients and be more respectful towards people's precious time.

I have banked at this location for 5 years and have always felt valued as a customer, but this last time takes the cake. Mary Graves assisted me with recovering some documents for my business and was extremely helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. This type of customer service is almost unheard of these days, and I'm thankful to Mrs. Graves for her assistance.
