I went to this company today because I needed to take out cash to go to the gas station and the people who were “helping me” said that I can't because my account is new. This is not a valid reason at all, im a babysitter and the kids were with me in the car, I needed to fill my tank and these people were so rude and I am very disappointed of having an account here, this was a bad service .
Today I was at this agency I went to withdraw my money because I needed to go to the gas station and the people who helped me did not let me withdraw my money because they say that the account is new, this is not a valid reason I am a babysitter and I was with 3 babies in the car, I needed gas and these people were so rude. I really regret having an account here. I will return to close it. What a lack of humanity, I cannot transfer and I don't have a debit card either. I approached with my ID to withdraw and simply They didn't feel like helping me, what a bad service.

I would like to compliment Karen, who works at the Wells Fargo, Fairview Road branch in Raleigh. Not only was she highly professional to me, she even went beyond the call by helping my brother to resolve a situation with an issue at the Wells Fargo branch in Lakeland, Florida. My experience at this dealership was overall good, although there were some minor hiccups. The purchasing process was a little longer than expected and there was some lack of communication between the different departments. However, the staff was friendly and responsive to my concerns, which ultimately resulted in a satisfactory outcome.

Well your customers number one. Your talk to each other is number 2. No delay on waiting on your customers as they come in. I couldn't remember my pin but she tells me to call number on back of my card. Not say ole yes we can help you do that right now if you like. I will rerate to 5 stars if l see improvement in theses 2 area.

I was at the lobby for 20 min and not one acknowledged me and it was a guy on one of the offices playing with his phone so he saw me and close his door , so I get up and leftI own a business and I was there because I have a phone call about posible fraudulent activities on my account, unfortunately I came straight from work so I was dirty and been Spanish May have something todo anyway I won’t be back to this location ever .

Like the other big 5 banks Wells Fargo seems only concerned with their profit. They process debits before credits, process your biggest debit first if it gets you to bounce smaller ones at $35.00 a pop. Worse phone service of any bank I've ever used. Make an appointment before you go, even for simple questions or get a wall of attitude.

I still do my important banking at this location even though it's no longer the closest branch to where I live. The level of professionalism and competence at WF Fairview Rd should set the standard for the company as a whole. Other branches aren't exactly bad, but just not as consistently good as this one. They have helped me with wire transfers, notarizing documents, opening business accounts, and fixing mistakes made by other branches--in addition to normal personal banking stuff.

This review is for the Wells Fargo branch on Fairview Rd, Raleigh NC. I am not surprised to see their strong review history, they are fabulous. I feel confident with the advice they give me, ALWAYS. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Karen Hodges. She is professional and always helpful. I would recommend this branch hands down. Thanks for everything!

Never a long line at this location - I've been inside to deposit/withdraw and also through the drive-thru. The employees are also nice and polite!

WF finds the a way to make the simplest items complicated and not user friendly. One cannot get check images from online banking. The info on the back is also removed. For business checking they are even worse. I would recommend BB&T, PNC, Chase all over them. I was a very happy Wachovia customer, but WF just finds ways to make things difficult for it's customers. Will slowly get my account moved to another bank. Tired of the wasted time

I've been banking here for 7 years, and can walk to this branch from my home. The staff is top notch and people seem to really care. The branch has a hometown feel to it -- completely different from the issues the national branch has been experiencing. Highly rated.

Nice bank, easy parking, and it's never too crowded. Also, it's right across the street from a post office, so that's nice. If you use the drive thru, however, it is really hard to see oncoming traffic due to cars parked on the street. My mom has actually gotten in a fender bender there, so be careful when pulling out onto Fairview.
