Mr. Ray replaced damaged ceiling tiles and cleaned up behind himself. Maintenance truly tries to maintain the property.

My rabbit died due to a heat stroke from the incompetence of this place. We had to filter the water for myself and my animals anytime we cooked or drank water because it made us and other tenants sick. When our door handle rusted off and we couldn’t get inside while our animals suffered in the heat maintenance was an hour and a half away and we had to call the fire department. New management is rude, unhelpful, and dangerous. The plumbing is incorrect and caused our apartment to flood and both showers to be unusable. They had no empathy for my rabbit when I brought him down during the heat stroke. I can’t drive and was trying to keep him alive while a ride was on the way. They rolled their eyes and tried passing me along to someone else as I was clearly distressed. My rabbit died on the way to the vet. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF OR YOUR ANIMALS!!!! There is no AC control, it’s a switch to turn hot or cold and only management can switch it. Heat stays on well past winter and you will swelter with heat. This is no place for pets, elderly, or anyone with disabilities. They do not care about anyone here and security is a joke. Anyone can come in at any point.

Nice spot but they can’t keep the AC working. It’s almost 90 degrees in my apartment and it’s been two working days. They installed the new cooling tower two years ago and it’s already broken. There’s a reason it’s cheap

While living here I experienced a horrible. allergic reaction to mold in the apartment which included a painful scaly rash all over my face and body and breathing difficulties. Most of my possessions were destroyed. And the management completley ignored my requests to check it and would not let me out of the lease. In addition, the water would come out brown sometimes (check the facebook page for pictures), the dryer would make holes in the clothes, and they would not turn on the heat until months into the winter and the ac until well into the summer. This should be a foreclosed building. If i had the funds as a student, I would have taken legal action. Don't move here.

It was a total fluke when I discovered the Wedgwood apartments, but it was one of the best decisions I made when I signed my lease. Jason and Woody are amazing and very helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. The building is no spring chicken, but it has an amazing charm and feels homey. All of the neighbors are kind, helpful, and quiet at night. The rent is fair and the increase I received for the year isn’t outrageous. The fact that we don’t have to pay for parking, utilities, or any other additional fees is what I appreciated most when I first looked into renting an apartment here (besides Jason’s patience and help!) When Woody started working there, he was and continues to be courteous and knowledgeable! It’s an amazing place to live and ALL of the staff members are a pleasure to work with!!!! However, if you frequently lock yourself out of your apartment at night, this is a great place to help break you out of that habit ?

The staff are great. Several of the staff stand out, Jason, helpful and full of good cheer; Woody, he is the one that makes the office hum and is exemplary in all tasks; Nick, first rate maintenance man, quick and thorough; Ray, excellent maintenance man, a stand up man; Driss, the best property manager I have known. All, Jason, Woody, Nick, Ray and Driss all deserve and are good examples of 5-Star rating,V/R,Joe Blackmon

We have lived at Wedgwood for over 5 years. Wedgwood is a great value for the location. Jason has been a constant here and is alway checking in to see what we need and how to make Wedgwood better. If we ever have a problem, it is taken care of quickly.

I have been a resident at Wedgewood Apartments for quite sometime now. Since living here, the greatest thing I can say is wow, what an experience. The location is amazing and gives my wife and I great access to downtown. Our apartment is a look into the past; the units are well kept and have that vintage touch. The greatest part about living in this community is the outstanding staff. Jason and Woody are two individuals that make you feel like family. I know I routinely find myself down in the office just having conversations beyond requesting maintenance or other specific unit questions. These two make our stay an appreciated experience. To any prospective applicants, this is the place you want to be!

Comfortable apartments with everything around. Price is understandable with what is available to you. Needs that are met are done quickly, and efficiently even after the storm, including apartment issues that are needed to get done. Jason is very accommodating, and helps in every way possible. I do enjoy living here. Very peaceful as well during the fall when you see all the colors on the trees.

I lived here for a sadly just a short time before I had to move out of the city, but Wedgwood was absolutely a fantastic place to live. The people in the office, particularly Jason, are fantastically helpful during ALL issues (even the atypical ones) and are very upfront and clear about anything that occurs. It's been refreshing to have a leasing company be so politely fair, transparent, and kindhearted! The apartments are clean and more spacious than they look, and though it was rare to have a problem, I never had any issues with getting things fixed or cleaned as quickly as they could. I wish I could've stayed longer!

I lived at the Wedgwood for about nine years and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Had I not relocated out of state I would still be there. The building and grounds were very well maintained, it was safe and clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Repair request were met timely. The location was great. Sorry I had to leave.

While I have only been living in the Wedgwood building since March, I can strongly attest that this place is an absolute charmer. Wedgwood has stood proudly in Cameron Village since the 60s and a good portion of the vintage amenities are still going strong. The original oak parquet flooring adorning the apartments bring a mid-century vibe to the setting, which is unlike any other place I have seen in Raleigh. Jason and Melissa really know how to keep this place looking beautiful and it's such a treat to have their office in the same building! Jason's passion for this property really shines through when you get to talking about it :). There is so much more I can go into detail about (not to mention the included amenities...) but the rest you truly should see for yourself. 10/10, A+, love this place!
