Excellent service staff. John was amazing. The price for work went up but he explained the discrepancy and still gave me a discount. I’m very happy to own a Volvo and the employees that work here are very professional, friendly and enthusiastic. He even complimented my Key fob! I don’t think I’d ever go to another Volvo dealership again!

I’ve had great experiences with WB in both the purchasing and service aspects of the business. Most recently I went to have my car serviced and the incredibly helpful staff was able to buff out some damage that was done to the front bumper by my nanny and made about 90% of the “damage” disappear! Just going the extra mile to be helpful and it was so appreciated!

The low tire pressure light came on for us 2 days in a row, even though we added air. Because I was nearby, I stopped at this dealership to get it checked out. Even though they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment, they took the car right in and found a nail in the tread of one tire. They quickly plugged it while my wife and I were enjoying snacks in the relaxing waiting area. Great service.

We have been customers of Weaver Volvo since 2016, and have purchased multiple vehicles from their dealership. However, our recent experience with Weaver reflects very poorly on their management and ethics. We visited Weaver 2 weeks ago to return a leased vehicle and purchase a certified vehicle. Ron was the salesman. I repeatedly queried Ron and received confirmation that we would have no issues or payments returning our leased vehicle (6+ times over the last 2 weeks, plus at the time of leasing the vehicle!). I was assured the return would be seamless. At the transaction table, however, I was told by Pete, the manager, that we could not return the leased vehicle. Pete admitted in private that his salesman was wrong to make the statements, but refused to attribute this accountability to Weaver. It is disappointing to see Weaver not take accountability for the irresponsible actions of their employees.
Aug27 Update: Reached out to Dana Weaver on August 11 to schedule a call. No response from her. I assume that she has no interest in following up (as she states in her response to this message).

Very straight forward. They listened and explained what was going to be done. Both for regular maintenance and vehicle inspection. Very worthwhile experience.

Had issues with water leaking into car from moonroof… the service guys were great- with no recall from Volvo, they cleared drains and did not charge me.

This was our first experience with Volvo and Weaver Brothers, and I must say, it was amazing. Noah Becker, our sales representative was not pushy, answered questions ahead of our appointment with him, answered all of our questions after the tes drives, was VERY patient as we test drove several SUV Volvos and got us a reasonable price.
We highly recommend Weaver Brothers and definitely will be a repeat customer.
