This day was huge for me! I was buying the love of my life a diamond ring! Henry and Kelly not only helped me pick, and design the ring of my dreams but after being denied a loan they did not give up! “My grandfather had gifted a make-shift watch to my mother's first cousin after WWII. The watch was affixed to a band made out of airplane metal. That cousin then found the watch in a drawer over the holidays and thought I should have it. It arrived in the mail and I could barely read the numbers or make out the brand due to the passage of time. I took the watch to Precision Quartz where the pins were changed out, I got confirmation that the watch was still working (!), and also got some history-the last watch repair person had etched in the inside of the plate what was done and the date, which is common practice - Jun 23, 1955. Pretty neat. Cleaned the watch up for me and now I know it's a 17 jewels Delbana watch. Nothing fancy, but glad to have more information on it. In and out within 20 minutes, without an appointment. Thank you!”
