Jasmine, one of the front-end managers I believe, really knows what she is doing! I had a difficult problem with my register and the cashier couldn't fix it. Jasmine fixed it right away and I truly appreciate everything she did. Yall need to give that woman a raise!

Never order groceries from this location. There is absolutely No reason to be a Walmart+ member, you never receive what you order if you receive anything at all. Not to mention the rude employee's. I have been waiting for a food delivery that was scheduled to arrive YESTERDAY at 4p. It us now 11:03 am the next day. Called customer service as well as the store spoke to a very rude employee in the grocery delivery area asked her for her name. And I was told don't worry about it. And she is not giving me her name. Asked for her supervisor who stated his name was Sean. I asked his last name he refused to provide his last name and also refused to give me the other employee's name. Witch I later found out her name was Jasani. After explaining that I had been waiting since 4p and it was now minutes to 8. She stated she doesn't know what I'm so mad for " this happens all the time. She was extremely rude. Needless to say my children and I still have not received our groceries.

There was no one working in the deli. The associate was on a well deserved break. There was no backup help. A woman came off her lunch break to help. All Walmarts are understaffed in this area.

Doing better now on stocking. This store is and has always been out of stock on items. Updated March 30, 2023. The store is better stocked now since last time here.

I gave this location of five star previously. Today I have to change it to a one star.
Upon arriving, there was a gentleman, gathering carts. Nothing out of the normal besides he was wearing gray shorts without a belt, and his rear end was showing because all he had on was thong underwear. I tried to dismiss it because I saw another associate talking to him, and I could only assume that it was to let him know that it was inappropriate. I went inside and attempted to do my shopping and use the restroom. Both of the ladies restrooms were in disarray. I did mention to multiple employees, all of which looked at me like it was not their problem and dismissed my concerns.
Upon leaving, I saw the same gentleman with his rear end showing again. I called to speak to management to make them aware However, the phone just rang, for seven minutes. I called back another seven minutes.. I called a third time so now I get to leave a review since I’m not able to speak to anybody at the store.

There are 2 female employees from Iraq or Afghanistan, judging by the bed sheets or curtains on their heads, who were very rude & "middle east" like towards my basic question. They didn't point me in the right direction, they waved me off into the wrong direction. Don't make me call the Immigration office 0 stars.
