The issue with this location is the pickup section. There is an older woman that worked in this sections that gives me an issue every single time I come to pick up my orders. She acts like she can’t find it, then puts you through all of these steps just to finally locate the order. I’ve been coming here for quite a while to pick up orders and now since she is working this area it is always an issue! I will place my order elsewhere moving forward as to not have to keep going through this with this woman smh.

This Walmar is unpleasant, the way they treat people, from what I can see it is run by people of Indian origin, most of their employees are of that nationality and are very distrustful. I do not recommend it, do not spend any time at all disgusting

They don’t honor the manufacturer warranty on their own products and violate the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act.

Trying to buy something from the stereo box that is locked and tell me it'll be 10 to 15 minutes before someone can get there. The store is empty and 620 in the morning so it wasn't that they were busy with customers. I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Traveling thru Wilson, NC stopped to pick up some snacks. My experience here was pleasant and professional. The environment was super professional and the staff was helpful. What more do you need ..well-done !

electronics department refused to open case to purchase phone chargers. when they finally tracked down the keys, which were for some reason on opposite side of the store, rude employee would help white customers despite others waiting for longer.

They are not handicap friendly they only have one electric cart that is working and they expect that people that want to return something should stand for the full 45 minutes even if they can so basically a big screw you to anybody that's handicap
