I don’t see why there’s so many bad reviews. Perhaps due to short staffing which is not their fault, this is your normal average walgreens and they always do my prescriptions very fast and are super nice.

Shutting down the pharmacy drive thru when you’re short staffed is the best way to make sure there’s 10 people inside the store coughing on each other in line ??

This pharmacy is the worst. I would not recommend picking up my dog’s prescription from this location. If I could give themdouble 00 that is what they would get. I want be back and taking my entire family and friends I know that use this pharmacy back to CVS. I can not stand a lier.

Over the years, I have placed multiple photo orders here. Every single time, it takes 30+ minutes to pick up my order. They say my order doesn’t exist, argue with me, and then it always ends up being under the counter. The staff have slowly gotten more and more rude. They are completely incompetent. Management needs to step it up and actually train their staff.

As everyone else has said - their pharmacy is super slow. I’d like to say that it’s because they’re under-staffed (like so many other businesses)…but they’ve been like this well before the pandemic. It’s only gotten worse and more noticeable. The people in the retail side are always nice and friendly - but going to this pharmacy feels like a slog EVERY time.

They are sooooooo very slow. And while you wait in line they talk and chat and have fun in the back. Unfortunately there are limited drive through options in this area. CVS, this is a golden opportunity!!!! Come and help us and open a store!

Yeah they are slow, but not as slow as the Walgreens on Timber Drive. They make you wait DAYS to fill a prescription. And the when you go back, they can’t find it. Totally frustrating.

Not sure why the lady Jackie behind the counter let an elderly woman and myself stand there waiting to check out for almost a solid 5 minutes without even acknowledging us while she logged something into a little binder. There was no one else in line and very few customers in the store. Unacceptable. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Agree on the "super slow" reviews. I keep giving them a chance, since they are close to where I live. Nevertheless they are all the time disappointing. Sometimes it takes up to half an hour to get a medicine, if you are planning to wait there!

They are never open when they should. Especially when people have emergencies. This is a terrible Walgreens and the staff are unhelpful and don't care

Went to go pick up my antibiotics and literally waited a hour because they said it wasn't ready give them 20 mins so I go back after a hour and they tell me the same thing then I go in again after 30 mins n it's still not ready ? I just Gave up at this point cant wait 3 hours at walgreens for my MEDICATIONN that I desperately need!! I would rate this pharmacy 0 if I could
