If I can give this location no stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for a really long time. What I experienced today was not a representation of walgreens. I try to exchange shampoo that I bought because I got conditioner instead. I have my receipt and just want to do an exchange. They deny me because my license had just expired and I had an appointment to get it renewed.They are three months behind and renewing licenses. I wasn't looking to get money back.I just wanted to do an exchange. I will never go back to this location. The girl who said she was a manager when I asked for one. This is probably one of the worst customer service situations i've been in.

Do not order photos from this location! Only one team member knows how to print and if he is not working they will just not fulfill your order! I ordered a canvas from here and the team member framed the canvas upside down. Luckily I was not in a rush so I was able to come back 5 hours later to get a new product. I placed another order last night with an estimated pick up of 9:20 am. When I called at 1:15pm to check on the progress I was told it can't be done until tomorrow. Very unreliable location - order from another store

I have been put on hold for at least 30 minutes every time I call to refill my prescriptions. My doctors office can't even get in touch with them to confirm my new prescription orders. Do not go here!!!

My family has been coming to this store for years, it’s great to see all of the improvements lately. Friendly staff, fully stocked, clean and efficient. Way to go Walgreens !

Hitesh, Mary Catherine, and Brianna are the most helpful team when I need assistance, refills, and many more. They go above and beyond whenever u have a question about my prescription(s), insurance or any other headaches. Without these 3 individuals, life would certainly be more challenging.

This Walgreens is by far one of the best in Raleigh. I always have my customers come here for the friendly service. Literally every team member in the store always has a smile on their face and willing to help. The store is always clean with product faced neatly in the aisles. 10 out of 10 recommend Edwards Mill Rd Walgreens.

i’ve come to this location multiple times, and every time it is a very pleasant experience. The staff always helps me find what i’m looking for and they are very knowledgeable especially when I need help in photo!

The pharmacy is always backed up. The woman working there shouldn’t be in customer service. She doesn’t pay attention to what you’re saying, and has such an attitude. They like to roll their eyes are you at this pharmacy. It’s insane. Avoid at all costs.

This pharmacy deserves a 5 star because of the caring staff that it has available. I have known the core staff (Jason, Wheeler, and Margaret) for 5 years. I have nothing but great things to say about them and I come in the store regularly. I am sadden by the reviews that they receive by a customer. I know them personally and individually and I am an African American woman and this is not a true reflection of their character. My family can speak the same. I strongly encourage you to get to know the staff and there core values before uttering words like this. /attach.
