I basically go in to drop off my used Rx bottles so not much experience at /with this store. It would be nice if the container were emptied more frequently because it's often full when I go by. I've learned to call ahead to ask which helps with frustration of going in and finding it full. The parking lot is very busy and hectic which doesn't make it appealing to drop in unfortunately. But I suppose that's good for their business?

We have been here on three separate occasions for COVID boosters and had excellent experiences each time. The staff are professional, caring and friendly. Store is clean and well stocked, aisles are wide and the parking is plentiful.

It's time to finally quit this Walgreens pharmacy. Recently I found out they had been giving my child the wrong RX. Thankfully it was just a vitamin B so what she took wasn't dangerous but it was still wrong and was refilled. The pharmacy staff are quite impatient, a couple of women in particular, and they make you feel like you are bothering them. I have used this location for convenience but will be switching to a local pharmacy even if I have to pay a bit more. Everyone is understaffed but that's no reason for bad customer service.

I shopped in this store today 3/22/23, checked out at 3:14pm. Two employees were at front checkout, no line waiting. One employee’s name tag said Ainah (not sure I’m spelling that correctly) and the other employee didn’t have a name tag but had a ring through their nose so should be easily identified. Ainah was telling the other employee how “pissed” (quote) she was that she “did not get enough hours” this week. She rang up one item out of four and turned to the other employee between each item to further bash the “scheduler”. I started to ask her to discontinue her conversation with the other employee until she finished waiting on me as she was wasting my time. These two employees need customer service training. Disgruntled employees shouldn’t discuss management in front of customers. It is improper and unprofessional. It makes Walgreens and its’ employees look bad! Furthermore, when a customer approaches the checkout counter, they should receive the cashier’s full, efficient attention while offering excellent customer service. How will our young people learn if they are not taught?

This is like going to the DMV. You often stand there with nobody to acknowledge you. There is usually 1 person working and you’ll see other employees walk by see the long line and still not open another register. Even when nobody is in line you just wait. The cashier at the front of the store has even mentioned their incompetence. I dread picking up my prescriptions there. You can no longer walk in and get a flu shot. You have to go online to make an appointment. They want to make it as difficult as possible. It is just like the DMV.

Had to stand in line for checkout. Such a worse experience than ordering something on Amazon. And their phone system for refilling prescriptions is very annoying. Wasted my time with a non-relevant message. Changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

The manager needs to learn how to talk to customers. Being short staffed doesn't mean to talk rudely to your customers. There is also a short lady with glasses that has no business being customer facing. Shame this location stinks now. Just look at the other reviews. Corporate needs to make some serious changes.Nice fake 5 star reviews by the way.

Go to get my booster shot that I scheduled 3 days out and when I get there they are letting people who made same day appointments go ahead. When I scheduled they were in 15 minute intervals and today they decided to change it and let people schedule whenever they felt like it. Walgreens needs to get it together I had an appointment for 5:15 and 30 minutes later there are still 4 people ahead of me. If you know you don’t have the staff to support that type of schedule why would you do it. These poor employees are running around like crazy just so Walgreens can make a buck. Do better for your customers and your employees.

If you ever need pharmaceutical assistance here, never again! They never have your medicine ready. They are inconsiderate, inconsistent, and rude. They have the medicine ready but wait until you leave for it to be ready... I had a terrible ear infection, and they wouldn't even help me get options, and waited until I left to have my medicine ready. I suffered all night. No sleep, come back next day.... They still did not have it. Every Walgreens is like this, they do not care, they are lazy, and inconsiderate, there are people in pain and need their medicine, they are no help...

Agree with last review! I checked time of closing pharmacy and online says 8pm for pharmacy and 10pm for store. I went right after work and got to the counter of the pharmacy at 6:01. Gentleman at register said they were closing and would not take me. Mentioned systems shut down right at 6. (Seriously doubt they just shut off on there own- not manually) I have had so many problems with this pharmacy and their hours over the last year. Please update your hours online, people that work during the week/day need to be able to get their prescriptions after hours. Also noted that they are closed on weekends as of Covid and I don’t believe have updated this.
