I usually go to CVS but as of late they don’t have a lot of stuff. My ex used to rave about Walgreens so I went there and the pharmacists were so very helpful and nice. This may be my new go to. Thank you ladies a lot.

Pharmacy has had poor customer service for years. I drive farther away from home or do prescriptions online. Stay away from this one.

Yvonne was great and very patient. She helped work through an issue where ‘my dad’s insurance wasn’t showing up. Instead of just turning us away, she persisted until it was resolved. She’s a keeper.

No matter what the problem, the employees at this location (Glenwood Ave, Raleigh) always provide incredible, personalized service. The pharmacy in particular has great people!

Very disappointed in the service here. The drive through was ENTIRELY too long. Even the service on the phone was not helpful or friendly. Awful.

I get that the chain retail pharmacies are frustrating to work in. I realize that pharmacists go through a lot on a daily basis. But guys “a moment” doesn’t mean an avg of 6 min. And please don’t hang up on someone that’s trying to get your attention…it could actually be an emergency or it could just be a simple question that could be resolved within 10 secs so that you and the customer can move on. If the question will take longer, just say “I can’t answer that right now please hold”. You’re not robots…stop acting like it.It’s just been a horrible experience everytime I go to this pharmacy.

Terrible experience picking up my prescription. Talked to Y’vonne on the phone who created me a new account when trying to see how much my prescriptions were and said I had to “stop in for that information”….after I specifically tried to explain to her I already had an existing account with insurance added.Just my luck she was also the one at the pick up window. When there, she was super rude. First told me the total and I had to ask if she even had my insurance card and tried explaining again. Must of been rocket science to get since she yet again ignored me. Sent me my insurance card back without saying a word and then looked confused when she pulled back the drawer and I didn’t give her my debit card, she asked why I didn’t send it it and I said “you didn’t tell me how much it was or tell me to send it through”She snapped back and said “well you can still give it to me”After a few minutes she told me the total and rudely asked “you wanna pay that”? Just an uneasy and rude experience

idk who pissed in their cornflakes but everyone in the pharmacy was so rude for no reason (and took 10 minutes to even look at me when they were not busy at all)

Pharmacy tech (Asian lady with glasses) who waited on me today took her sweet time barely acknowledging my existence after I stood in line for nearly 5 minutes being ignored. She then proceeded to stop and speak to a drive-thru customer in the middle of my transaction. I assume she was trying to multitask but failed miserably. I finally had to ask if anyone else could help me when she proceeded to start mixing the other customer's medicine while I was in line waiting for her to return with my prescriptions. Another very friendly and attentive tech helped me but I'm wondering why the pharmacist, with whom I made eye contact several times and who was just walking around doing absolutely nothing, didn't intervene sooner. I was the only person in line in the store but it took me 17 minutes from the time I walked in until someone else finished taking care of me. Unreal! However, I shop here almost weekly and the rest of the staff and managers are very helpful and polite. Just stay far away from the pharmacy. They really REALLY DGAF about their customers.

“Yvonne” that works here is extremely rude. God Bless her. No reason she should be so angry.Her customer service was terrible; even slammed the phone down while I was talking. Now I see why this location has such bad reviews.
