I had a family member visit this location today. She was humiliated by an older gentleman who worked here. My family member came to this location around 6:45 pm. Due to unfortunate circumstances the associate was very rude and made her feel belittled. I know for a fact that Walgreens would never talk or handle valuable customers in this manner. My family member is dealing with the passing of her mother and I demand someone from corporate to contact us immediately! If I could I would give this location less than zero stars. You never know what someone is going through and words hurt !

This place has the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Christian is the most horrible excuse of a pharmacist, my grandmother has been going here for years but in the past couple of years has been treated like a senile old woman with no sense.Now I’ve been helping manage these things so she doesn’t get mistreated but here I am a 22 year old getting talked down to and interrupted and scoffed at like I’m a 5 year old who hasn’t lived a life. I’ve been trying to get my grandmother to change pharmacies but she hasn’t been able to because they keep billing our insurance before we can do it.Now we come to today, my grandmother was prescribed a medication that she NEEDS to keep her from having a STROKE but this pharmacy has a tendency to place people on hold even though I see 5-6 people working there everyday. When I called I was instantly placed on hold for 5 minutes and once I was speaking with a pharmacy assistant she stated that it’s too early for my grandmother to get her medication (not true btw). She stated that she was prescribed a months supply, yet she wasn’t she was only prescribed a half month supply which she takes twice daily resulting in a quantity of 30 pills. I continued with and I quote “no ma’am she only had a half month supply…-“ rudely interrupted by her saying “SIr yOu NeeD TO CAlm DoWn” when I was a politely explaining that she was wrong.I then called both my grandmothers doctors requesting to change the pharmacy location to CVS off of spring forest rd, I called a few hours later to insure there was time between the calls to fill the prescription. Now is where I get very mad, the CVS said they were “UNFORTUNATELY” unable to fill it due to the insurance being billed for the prescriptions they were sent, I asked who billed the insurance. They stated most likely another pharmacy so we called Walgreens and Christian an actual pharmacist (I assume, don’t know how qualified she is) answered. My grandmother asked if any prescriptions were ready for her and said that she called last Friday requesting prescriptions to be filled and was promised that her doctor would be contacted so she could get her prescriptions this week.If I wasn’t clear or stated earlier we were told the same thing today by the useless and rude miss I’m not gonna give my name out.Anyways, Christian proceeds to interrupt and say ok miss, I’m going to look it up right now and proceeds to put us on hold (you don’t need to put us on hold to type on your computer miss Christian) we were left on hold for about 5-6 minutes when I was about to hang up and it was takin off of hold and hung up on, this is the 5-6th incident of being hung up for just trying to get my grandmothers medicine so we can prevent any medical problems. She needs to be fired and have her certs revoked.If it were me she would’ve never been allowed to stay there after the second report because she, if I may be blunt, is a conceited, rude and spiteful woman, if this Walgreens doesn’t get any better it’s gonna close down. Please save your time and visit another pharmacy, I spoke to the kind gentleman from CVS for only 2 minutes and was calm, collected, kind and might I say the most patient and understanding person I’ve spoke too, HE EVEN HEARD ABOUT CHRISTIAN FROM PREVIOUS ISSUES!! Do better Walgreens.

I needed to get some bloodwork done and came to this Walgreens for it. Let me tell you, Vida who works in the lab is a superstar! She is so kind and made my experience wonderful! I left very happy. She told me this location has been short staffed so maybe make an appointment if you need to get anything done at the LabCorp to ensure you get in when you need to.

The website pharmacy hours are incorrect. I showed up after work at 5:30pm expecting to get my medication. The pharmacy had a sign up saying they close at 5pm Mon-Fri. If the hours posted online were correct I could have chosen a different pharmacy to get my medication outside of work hrs.

Terrible customer service. Put me on hold 4 times in a span of 12 minutes without speaking to me once. No wonder the ratings are so bad at this location. I just want my prescription refilled and they are so disrespectful.

Don’t send prescriptions here if you have a day job. The pharmacy closes at 5 and isn’t open on the weekends.

I made a purchase and a cashier named Shawnda was very rude to me when paying, she threw the products that were in the bag; just because I paid with catalinas; I don't know why you bother if that's what Catalinas are supposed to be used for; They should train staff in customer service; so that they know how to treat clients, and if not look for another type of work. Walgreens staff urgently need training, dare I say 80 percent of them are bitter and rude

I was impressed with the lady working the register today, especially since she is a pharmacy tech and took the initiative to help the front this weekend. What is unacceptable is the lack of Customer Service Associates throughout the floor to help the lady who volunteered to help at register. Over the intercom she called for help three times with no response, not even from the manager. The manager was outside, posted against the wall, and chatting away on her phone. If short staffed, managers are to step in and help staff, especially staff who are asking for assistance while customers are piling up. This staff member should have been given the assistance needed, especially when volunteering in a section that is not their common area. Regardless of the line getting longer, lack of response and support from the Manager and Customer Service Associates she held a positive and polite attitude.

Adrieen a lady who works the register with black puffy eyes that are yellow and looks like she has bad Jaundice and eczema had the worst attitude I have ever seen it apparently takes two people to run one cash register and when I asked her for assistance she acts like I’m bothering her sheClearly doesn’t need to be in customer service and needs some type of training or attitude adjustment. She needs to be coached on her attitude and professionalism when working with the public

Fantastic customer service from all 4 employees working that evening!! Everyone was extremely helpful & kind!I visited this Walgreens to print over 150 photos for a very important project, that I wanted to finish asap. At first I couldn't get the connection to work, so the manager came over and helped me with it; then when I went to print them, the system wasn't receiving the order to print them- I was horrified as I had been there for quite a while editing and choosing dozens of pictures. The whole team worked together to make sure I got my pictures. Shonda took extra special care troubleshooting, restarting the system, etc!!Fantastic customer service! (The only reason it's a 4 star is because of the photo equipment itself; the customer service was 5 stars).

I'm not too knowledgeable on what constitutes a HIPPA violation but whoever is doing the LabCorp work on July 21st will always specifically call out those there for drug screenings and only those. It's no one's business why people are there and you have no issue withholding why others are there, so why can't you extend that same courtesy to people getting drug tested?

For photo only: pictures are always cut terribly crooked and uneven. I don’t think anyone pays attention when cutting. Some to the point where the photos are ruined.
