Brian trying to tell me not to deposit cash on my card because he decided to count the drawer a half hour before close. It's not hard to recount the drawer and you have tons of customers so why be weird? "Trying to discourage people from coming in and doing that" "can you do just $60 or less" no do your job???

Very disappointed in the service here. The drive through was ENTIRELY too long. Even the service on the phone was not helpful or friendly. Awful.

If you ever see “Julia” is working at the window you might as well just leave because it’s gonna take at least an hour for her to get to you. The whole place constantly forgets to fill medications and when they are filled (late), you are sent to the back of the line.

Came by to get a tetanus shot which I had an appointment for and was told it wasn't given here. What was the point of an appointment if y'all don't provide the service. 0 stars

Nothing ever goes smoothly when I go here. I’ve been trying to update my information and get my prescriptions sent to a different Walgreens for 4 months now and I can’t even get them to help me with that. I’m currently on hold over 20 minutes, trying to cancel a prescription they weren’t supposed to fill. It rings through every few minutes, someone starts speaking and puts me right back on hold. I always have to wait at least 20 minutes when my prescription is supposedly ready.

For the pharmacy you have to wait 10-15+mins on average for the drive thru. It doesn't matter if you're the only car or there is one car in front of you. Please hire more people. The wait times are painful!

The pharmacist was great, but it's unreasonable to wait 40 minutes after an appointment for a vaccine! There is a huge issue with pharmacy staffing here.

The pharmacy sucks! A really big disappointment and the whole service with picking up and drive throw and even just talking to them to get information..... is horrible! If you plan on picking up at this location; plan on waiting for a very long long long time! Worse location ever.... Been going to Walgreens for a ever long time and this location just seem to can't get together and the workers in the pharmacy area either hate their jobs or just are really bad on what they are doing! Smh

I stopped by midafternoon to get a flu shot. I was not aware I needed an appointment to do so, have gone there for years to receive the shot without issue, or an appointment. Waited in line for some time as they were having some computer issue with a customer request in front of me. After several minutes the person having the computer issue asked what I was there for, and I replied I am here to get a flu shot. They asked did I have an appointment, I replied no. Their answer was we are only accepting appointments, and,,, we are at capacity. There was no would you like to make an appointment for later, or can we help you with anything else? At that point I understood I was being dismissed, stated I am sorry I bothered you. It will not happen again, as I will not return.
