My wife has been using a brand name medication for many years and three months ago, all of a sudden manufacture decided to quit producing a specific dosage and so she has to go through painful approval and appeal process to get a lower dosage's same brand approved by her insurance company. With this location's Pharmacist Dr. Ajay's and staff Ms. Sophia's help, my wife was able to secure her 90 days' medication this afternoon. This is a thank you note from the bottom of our hearts. All of the employees work in this Walgreens shop deserve a break and big raise as well. Stay safe everyone. I'm sure we'll meet some of the same friendly staff again down the road.

I rarely write reviews, but I have used this pharmacy for a long time and am now switching. Recently the drive through has been closed a lot, but the final straw was I just spent 2 hours on hold this morning to talk to someone and finally hung up without talking to anyone. 2 hours on hold for a pharmacy....

The worst pharmacy ever. I used to love Walgreens. Horrifyingly ride people when they bother to answer the phone. They don't listen to why your calling and then tell you unrelated Information and when you try to correct them or speak to someone else they hang up on you. Nothing that tech/pharmacist said to me the whole time had any bearing on my case and she couldn't even find my insurance when this is the 4th week I've been dealing with this. I will be taking my business somewhere else I guess. Pharmacists should have to take an oath to help and not hurt bc this place should be ashamed of itself.

I hate writing bad reviews but honestly this is the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to and if it saves someone else from making the mistake of coming here I feel I should. I've been coming to this location since the Falls Valley location shut down and I've never been anywhere that cares so little about your business or wellbeing and they have zero shame for it. They are consistently out of medications, you can never get anyone on the phone, the wait is minimum 30 minutes (inside or drive thru) no matter what time you go and I have been lied to several times about more than one thing. Don't bother trying to call and speak to anyone, you are routed to a call center where they tell you they can't help and they will put you through to the pharmacy where you will sit on hold for 55 minutes at which time your call will automatically be dropped. Today was the last straw... after waiting in line behind 9 other customers for the second day in a row, I find out they were mistaken about my medication being in stock (sorry/not sorry) and that I should "call around to other pharmacies to see if they had it in stock and then track my doctor down to get them to send in a new prescription to that pharmacy" or I could wait an unknown amount of time for them to receive a new shipment of my medication. I didn't realize that skipping a prescribed medication for an unknown amount of time was voluntary?

I have been fair and have not wrote a rating until now on this location. I have tried calling Corp., they don't seem to care about customers who pays Walgreens bills. Usually I have to go to the store in person because the wait time on the phone is 30 min to an hour. I called tonight because I have been waiting on a refill that was out of stock last week. My app showed the product would be in on Monday/today. I checked my app again tonight to go pick up since I have another script waiting. Now it does not show it being ordered. I have been on hold for 53 minutes. Why want management use staffing services. I was told you could not find anyone who wants to work. Staffing services could help. Harris Teeter trying to get my wife and I to move our biz to them. May have to.

The pharmacy here is all but completely useless. They hang up on you if you call or they put you on hold and then they hang up on you.They lost my prescription in their computer system and told me that it was my problem to work out with my doctor (on a weekend), and refused to look further until I realized that it was part of a series of prescriptions that were all sent in at the same time. I had to show them the prescription in their app on my phone to get them to believe me.It routinely took me more than two hours to get regular monthly medication filled.They cancelled medication refills after I submitted to have them filled, and could not explain why.They didn't fill my son's prescription for antibiotics for an infection because our prescription plan changed hands. They told me that they will NOT fill prescriptions for patients who don't have current insurance on file until the patient shows up at the store, and told me if we did not have insurance we would have to wait every time. They had me sit at the drive through window for over 30 minutes while they filled a simple antibiotic prescription, and it was not busy! They let cars a couple of cars that pulled up in line sit behind me while they spent an unacceptable amount of time to fill a prescription in a store with three people working the pharmacy and almost no customers. Nobody talked to me or even approached the window once they went to fill the prescription. Then I was told that it took so long to fill the prescription because "adding flavor to an antibiotic prescription takes time." I have had kids for years. It's never taken more than 5 minutes.I have told Walgreens corporate how awful this store is multiple times over several years. They clearly do not care about how bad it is. Go to ANY OTHER PHARMACY!!! This one is terrible, and the best thing that can happen to it is to get bought out or close.

Do not go here unless you want to wait for 45 minutes after your appointment for a vaccination! Why make an appointment if you have to wait 45 minutes ?! ! Ridiculous!

Worst pharmacy ever!!!!!!!!!! Hung up on twice and RUDE lady that should be fired!!!!!!! Do NOT go to this Walgreens, any other drugstore is better than this, and they DO NOT CARE!!!!

Be warned. Last time I got my Rx filled, they only gave me half. I think one of the techs pocketed half of my (scheduled) medication. This is a felony. I brought it up and no one believed me. I will be opening my prescriptions in the store, on video, in front of a pharmacist from now on. Someone needs to go investigate this place to make sure some employee isn't stealing people's medication.

Terrible! This place does not update their in-stock products. I drove 30 min to this location only for the pharmacists and cashier to tell me an over the counter medication was not in stock... wtf! You all have the easiest job in the world and you mean to tell me you cant change the in-stock items to out-of-stock?? Never coming here again. People, believe the poor reviews.

Staff are always helpful and greet you when you enter the store. The pharmacy staff is wonderful and attentive and are experts at delivering shots; me and my kids have only had positive experiences. Keep it up!
