Second time in a week here and NO ONE at the register

I was impressed with the lady working the register today, especially since she is a pharmacy tech and took the initiative to help the front this weekend. What is unacceptable is the lack of Customer Service Associates throughout the floor to help the lady who volunteered to help with issues at the register. Over the intercom she called for help three times with no response, not even from the manager. The manager was outside, posted against the wall and speaking away on her phone. If short staffed, managers are to step in and help staff, especially staff who are asking for assistance while customers are piling up. This staff member should have been given the assistance needed, especially when volunteering in a section that is not their common area. Regardless of the line getting longer, lack of response and support from the Manager and Customer Service Associates she held a positive and polite attitude.

The store might be nice but the speakers are broken and emit this high pitched noose constantly. Physically hurts to be in the store, and they carry on like it is nothing. One star until the speakers are fixed or turned off.

I was just at this Walgreens. Three customers ahead of me in line were not wearing face masks. The employee at checkout, Sierra, did not say anything to them even after one of them cough 3x. When it was my turn, I asked her the policy and she seemed confused. She said that masks are encouraged but not mandatory. It is 12/6/20. It has been mandatory in the city of Raleigh since 6/17/20. The store manager came up to defend her and say that they cannot remove customers for not wearing masks.

Pharmacist Paul and tech Irma are dope. Very friendly and fast service. I like that they're located close to 440 so getting there is simple.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I have been to. I just moved to this area. My last Walgreens and all others I have been to the employees were always friendly, helpful, they always greet you when you walk in even if they are assisting someone else, they were focused in providing great customer service. This Walgreens you walk in there is no one at the register most of the time. The employees are usually grouped up and will all look at you like deer in headlights. It makes me feel like I just walked in a strangers house. Even at checkout you have to wait for one of them to break away from the herd to assist you. Still no greeting, and you get treated as if you are inconveniencing them. Nobody forced you into the customer service field. If you cannot provide good customer service DO NOT GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. Common sense. I love the Walgreens brand but this store needs an overhaul with its employees or just close it.

You will find there great deal under the app RetailMeNot coupons best app in the world now you know my secret!! . They always has solid prices on Arizona Tea. As a couponer make sure you grab a coupon book when you walk in! Always get scribed to the email and get the membership because the points turn into free stuff. They have have great parking lot and they store is always clean and that's is always a plus for me. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Everything is easy to find so you can get in and get out.
