The gentleman that checked my purchases out was just delightful! Professional and helpful, yet also funny! His name is Kaeveon. I definitely recommend this Walgreens just for competent and kind employees like Kaeveon!!

I think this Walgreen's is great! I've recently received two vaccines here and the pharmacy and front cashier staff were very friendly. While I waited for my vaccines I noticed the pharmacy techs seems to take a genuine care/know many of the customers. To me this feels very out of the norm for a large chain pharmacy. They were asking about people's parents, following up with how people were feeling, and just in general caring about each customer. I only had to wait a few minutes each time for my vaccine. I also love how they do the $20 cash back here. Overall parking is super easy and they seem to have the most appointments open in the Raleigh area. I'll be back!

I had a Covid test scheduled and I arrived a little earlier than my time. There was no one else in the drive thru by myself. The Walgreens employee refused to test me because I came early. When I questioned her about it she threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave the property stating that I was trespassing!!!

The Walgreens on Edwards Mill had 1 star and I thought it couldn't be that bad. It is! I'm here from out of town without my meds. They told me, after a long wait in line, to contact my doctor for a 5 day refill. Two days later, no news, so I call the doctor and it seems they sent the prescription that same day. Back to the pharmacy, wait again, it seems they did receive it then. Wait again while shopping there, of course, the pharmacist pages me to tell me my prescription had been filled the month before... duh! I know! I told them I'm stuck out of town! Wait again. A family is waiting for the covid vaccine. They're told their appointments with proven confirmation, are not in the list, and that someone had already taken one of their spots. Seriously, 1 star is too many. I ended up paying for my 5 little pills of inexpensive thyroid medicine as if they were gold, but I did finally got them. Lack of medicine makes me cranky. They asked for this!

The slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. 20+ minutes every time I come to this place. Going to have to start going a little bit further away from home to get my medications from now own because this place is absolutely terrible.

Wow…. I’ve been visiting this pharmacy for the past year and NEVER had service like this. I recently moved and this is no longer my closest option. When calling to ask about transferring a prescription the man on the other line was very rude and exasperated. I asked a question and was immediately met with “did you call and ask?” in a very snarky tone. Excuse me? Glad I won’t have to deal with them for much longer.
