Accepted my payment for a class that already started but when I realized it was the wrong class and didn't attend, did they give me refund or offer to sign me up for the correct class. Negative Bunch of crooks. DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUT HEARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Not much retail in that small area, about the size of a wicked small gas station. Took forever to get our books! Probably not the fault of the bookstore.

I was recently almost dropped from all of my courses and left to pay my full tuition with no option of a payment plan because of an incorrect issue with my financial aid. I left over 10 voicemails for every department at Tech saying I urgently needed to speak with someone with NO calls back in almost 2 weeks now (still nothing). I had not one, but two academic advisors leave their job with no help to receive another, not that many of them give you correct classes to take anyway. The professors are amazing and they offer a good amount of classes but good luck trying to find any sort of help from any department staff!

Pretty great college in my experience. While taking acting 1 and 2 at this school the teacher is awesome, and the class was fun as heaven. Clean place to go to school. I made great friends back in 2019 there, and it was excellent. Even though I have social anxiety before because of high school, I embraced my anxiety and made good friends there. I learned a lot, and everybody there was on their best behavior.

This is the place to get help with your book needs. Very well staffed and you won't leave confused about when they're opening or if they're opening. They never seem to have trouble logging in so they can let you get your books. Inventory issues are beyond their control. This is my first choice to get books for wake tech. It's pretty convenient to my home and therefore I've never tried south campus.

The bookstore is located in building c. You have to get into the elevator and go down to the first floor. When you come into the building you're on the second floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I'm a 74 year old student, and I study online.I asked for the book for online, so I got the code, I also asked for a textbook. They didn't have one so the could or wouldn't tell me where I could get a textbook.I was a little disappointed that the book store didn't have textbook in store if a student wanted to buy one.
