Went for a Covid test. Waited 40 minutes, noone came out or answered the phone. It was 3:00 and they werent supposed to close until 4. No sign on door saying noone was there.

When we have gone the testing is fast and we have gotten results in 24 hours. However, they need to update their hours on Google because they are not always open when Google says they are.

4:09 pm and there is nobody here. Not one car in site in the parking lot, nobody answering the phone. Very inconvenient for people who are sick and in pain to waste a drive. And no..... staff was not on break because we looked thru the window. Nobody is here. Don’t waste your time coming here. Set an appointment someplace more professional

They sent a bill to my insurance for $250 - $150 for COVID test and $100 for medical care. Medical care? No one had a lab gown nor scrubs when I was there. I am glad there was social distancing and no medical care, thank you. Best to go to a clinic or urgent care if you need a test and medical care. The drive-thru testing centers are much more convenient and safer.

Test taken last Thursday and told results would be back in 3 days. Four days and no results available. They don't answer the phone and results at this point are useless. This place is a hoax. Don't waste your time.

Went four days ago to get a precautionary Covid test so we could meet with some friends for the New Years. We were greeted by rude personal at the W. Chatham, Cary location. Nevertheless we completed the process, as we had already preregistered online and today, four days later, no results online! Nobody at any lab picks up the phone to answer any questions, and our personal acct. on the online portal reads, "TBD" for results! Complete waste of time!!

Anyone who writes a 5 star review of a testing facility is almost as suspect as this place. No masks and no id check. I probably got covid just from opening the door. A very sketchy place that I am completely worried about just entering my info online. Avoid this place

Deceptive. Free community testing sites also asked for insurance information. They are required to bill insurance company if you have insurance. $500 for a Covid test. It's not free. Just wait until you receive a bill in the mail! Too bad I can't give zero stars.

This place looks super sketchy, like it was setup in short order to just do covid testing. Note that COVID tests are free, and the law says they should be billed to insurance (if you have it), or to the federal gov't (if you do not.)They told me they didn't need my insurance info, which makes me think that they don't like the overhead costs of having to bill BCBS for my test. No identification is required, at all. They tried hard to get everyone in my car tested because "it's free, why not just do it" (we only wanted one test for my kid)...and I'm sure more tests means more revenue for them.We went in for the test at 9:30 AM, and were told that we would get the results by 2 PM (otherwise we would have done the rapid test.) However, after 2 PM (with no results) I called back and was told that tests before 2 would get a result before the end of the day (10-11 PM) Had I known that, I would have gotten the rapid test done and waited for the result.I haven't gotten my result yet, but overall I'm not thrilled with the experience. On the plus side, it's drive up testing, no appt required.

Registering was super easy online. They sent me a confirmation number by email so I could check the results. I wanted the same day results and was assured I would have them the same day when I got there. The email said I needed to show ID, the woman said she didn't need to see it. Went to check online and the confirmation number is invalid. I gave these people my insurance info. Called the number and all I got was their mailbox was full. I was hoping to go back to the office tomorrow after verification it's not Covid. Really disappointed.

Got the job done. Just be prepared to walk into an entirely empty office suite with two people and folding table. This location looks totally not-legit, but the NC Covid Center through the state health department recommended them. No more iffy than HIV testing in a bar, I guess!

I absolutely love this lab, the staff and the immense helpfulness and resourcefulness. The staff will answer your questions peacefully, covid testing is truly free, they advise what is right and wrong. I am so grateful for the location being so central to Cary. They let me know the RT PCR test done before 12 pm gives same day results and the after will be next day. True to that, we received our results when they told us we would. Someone uninsured in our group also got the same service and never billed us like they promised. If you need a covid test (or other testing needs) this is the place to go!
