This was our first cigar lounge experience and we were very pleased with staff, environment, and selection of cigars.

This is one of the best and one of my personal favorite cigar lounges I have visited. The selection of cigars is vast and are kept in pristine condition to enjoy. The aesthetic and atmosphere are a synergy of sophistication and robust. The service is world class; a combination of passion, knowledge, and skill. Look for Andy and you will not be dissatisfied.

My husband just left after driving for 15 minutes to get there. People were waiting and no one was working. Cash register right there and no one to help anyone. They have been rude in the past and selection has gone way downhill. Save yourself the trouble and go some place else.

Just a great store for the cigar afficionado to go. Friendly and knowledgeable, they are so willing to spend the time that some you get the right smoke and not waste money on a cigar. You smoke one time.

Nice little spot , it kind of sucked that we are from out of town and could not get a day pass on a Friday, however we were able to spend $100 plus bucks on cigars. It seem like they would of made some exceptions.

The inventory has really taken a drop and membership is fading. Last months n months there are these reasons that the cupboards are bare. That $1800 membership isn’t paying off when it comes to good inventory, Time To Rethink It. A few cant be expected to validate the many. This concept won’t last. Those picnic tables in the parking lot aren’t inviting and makes potential customers feel 2nd class. The owner determines the so called Rif Raf, these prices were implemented for. You are losing good ppl enjoying a nice cigar. At $150 a month AND NO BAR or ABILITY TO BUY A NICE DRINK. For what is offered, I can sit on my deck and smoke!! Even $50 a month would run off the so called Rif Rif. $150 a month and a dress code to enjoy the lounge is ridiculous, meanwhile the owner has ripped jeans and a Man Bun. Look at the lounge pics, THERE IS NOBODY IN THERE. If they’re just selling good cigars, it’s basically a lesser Total Wine. Come on Raleigh, raise up!! This use to be for fans of a good cigar, knowledgeable ppl of diverse conversations. Now they expect maybe 10-20 ppl to pay $150 A Month to sit n look at 5 ppl and feel cocky because theyre naive enuf to pay $150 a month for 10% off cigars and to see a copper tin ceiling. They wanted to get rid of a bad element that began to show up, but they ran away good men and women. They could get good ppl at $20 a month and keep away the same riff raff. Now they want members to pay for a tin/copper ceiling with the same TVs n furniture as before. A cigar lounge, with NO BAR, at $150 a month!! They are either a front for something else or a GOB club that believes they are elite. GO TO ANSTEAD in FAYETTEVILLE, and theyre membership is $5, BUT SEE HOW MUCH MORE YOU GET, and with more variety and quality cigar, DEFINITELY A MUCH GREATER EXPERIENCE. Mr Oscar was it worth it to bring in that new investor?
The owner can set the stage of the club, without running good ppl off with these absorbent and outlandish club prices. Good place gone bad, wish they’d never have left off 6 Forks, if this is the end result!! The Triangle deserves better!! Would be nice to at least get a Day Pass when you’re living 20-30 miles away..

Virgin cigars is exactly what I would want out of a cigar lounge. Their private lounge provides a great space to socialize with like-minded men. In the same token, if you need a space to disconnect from distractions, focus, and grind away at some work, it's perfect! There's a large space with tables that I frequently see patrons utilizing.
They have an EXTENSIVE selection in their walk-in humidor and all the ventilation you could ask for in an enclosed smoking space.
It has friendly and engaging employees that spend time with their patrons to select the perfect taste for said person from their selection of cigars.
All-in-all, I'm definitely recommending this space to friends and family of mine that want to catch the perfect smoking atmosphere.

Not for the out of towner. Private smoking room only; there is a $25 fee to smoke in the shop. ( I understand it’s because of North Carolina alcohol laws) very mundane selection in the humidor with a lot of empty boxes. I’m not from around here so I don’t know if this is normal in this area.
The facility itself is nice enough, from what I could see of it.

Not only do you have to pay to smoke there (which is fine)…. But you have to purchase their cigar and only smoke their cigar. ( can’t smoke your own) Stay away.
It’s your response that is the reason why people should stay away. You don’t know about sophistication nor about cigars with your limited and not exciting collection. I offered to pay the membership and buy a cigar, but when you told me I had no choice but to smoke your cheap cigars, that’s were you lost it. Good business model genius. Other area cigar shops blow yours out of the water
What I said in the shop I said here and I’ll say again, you are losers

Well first let me say I have the ability to travel and see lots of cigar stores and lounges due to work. This place is done right (really right). The eyes and the ears are the senses that are first triggered upon entry. Next the humidor (largest in the Triangle) is alphabetized. The art in lounge is magnificent along with the decor, furniture and the cigar accessory bar are all top notch. I can’t forget Andy, I walked in and he gave 1000% customer service from start to finish.

They charge $20 just to come in and buy a cigar and sit down in the lounge to smoke. Ridiculous. Was told they are a private club and have to sell a day pass. They need to update Google maps to reflect this.
