They should have more professionalism in treating customers, they have a lot of lack of empathy, they should have more attentive and friendly staff and treat everyone equally, one of the guys who works there in that store is not friendly to customers and looks at one as if he were the one who is going to pay for our clothes.
When you go to that store you feel a bad vibe, they seriously need to change the staff, they have poorly trained or uninformed representatives. ...Lack of resolution,Lack of human contact, I don't go anymore and I was a regular customer but they are very unpleasant

Went in today to pick up an outfit for my wife as a gift. Maria was super helpful! They are truly living their motto of “Everyday should feel this good.”

New "must-mask" requirement to shop in this store whether you are vaccinated or not. You lost a significant sale today...back to school shopping for our children!Masks don't work...see largest most diverse study conducted to date in May 2020 concluding that masks are statistically ineffective. Danish study of over 6,000 participants...1.8% (mask wearers) vs. 2.1% (non-mask wearers), statistically insignificant.Allow your shoppers to be personally responsible for their own health and associated choices.

Went to the store on Friday afternoon and pick out a t- shirt , was walking to the sales counter when a young man walked away and went in to assist another salesperson in the dressing room. I stayed at the counter for 5 mintes or longer ,while they where having a good time in the dressing room. When he came out of the dressing he finally acknowledge me.So disappointed in the service ,I left the shirt on the counter and walked out. I know it's hard to in this situation right now. He lost a $48.00 sale and a unhappy person. You have a quality product and I was excited about the item I had picked out.. very disappointed.

Had the worst experience the other day at this store 3/5/2021. Walked in, I had a mask on and so did my cousin but my sister didn’t because she has a medical condition that makes it hard for her to breath even without a mask on.. the guy that works here rudely asked her to put on her mask, she nicely told him that she has a medical condition and that’s normally all she has to say for people to understand and leave her alone well he made a big scene and was like I’m sorry your going to have to wear a mask or wait outside! The only 2 people that were in the store were looking like he was crazy for even trying to make her when she clearly said she has a medical condition! We walked right out of the store and Vineyard Vines lost 3 customers that day due to him. My mom says she will never go back to vineyard vines again.

Was asked to leave the store and wait outside in the cold because I can't wear a mask due to a medical condition.

today i went for the first time to this location and had a sale, i was about to price check 2 shirts and buy a shirt or 2 but they do not accept cash (bummer/disappointment for first time experience) for such a high end brand to not accept cash even after customers sanitize and stay 6ft away is unnaceptable. if they do not accept cash tmrw due to no access to the cash drawers i will be unable to make a first time purchase and will have to rely on other good stores (lululemon, american eagle, pacusn, patagonia) for future purchases on nice clothes. hopefully they will accept cash tomorrow since i put my items on hold and they only hold things for 24 hours hoping for a better tomorrow experience at vineyard vines:)

Horrible. From the minute we walked in this evening the employee followed and harassed us. To the point where we were across the store no where near him or anyone and he yells across the store, put your mask over your face. According to the guidelines as long as I am over 6 ft away I can pull my mask down. I am a nurse and no better then anyone the rules. So not only were we stalked asked 4 times in 5 minutes if we needed help we were verbally attacked when we a married couple lowered our mask to speak to each other. I felt as if he had all intentions to follow and harass the minute we walked in. I can’t imagine this is the image that Vineyard Vines wants out in the community. I will be sure to tell anyone I know to stay away from here.
