I began taking my rescue dog to the Clayton, NC location when I got him early in the pandemic. I have always been thrilled with the care my baby has received there, the staff and their communication with me. I trust them completely with his care and will continue to drive past multiple other vet offices much closer to me to go there. I also find the Wellness plan makes it easier for me to financially address all his needs. Thank you guys!!

Had a great experience! They are very professional and knowledgeable! Miguel was great, very informative and upfront! He also helped soothe my baby Toby while he was getting his shots!

Excellent place, quick attention and very good veterinarians, I would love for them to also do surgeries such as sterilizations or cleaning my cats' teeth... all the staff were very respectful and affectionate with my cat Olivia, I am definitely going to bring my other two kittens here and I will keep coming back for future consultations

Their prices have definitely gone up alot. When I was seen there was nothing mentioned about a $30.00 exam fee. That is certainly new.

The doctor and staff were very rude to my dog. My dog is a chihuahua mixed with poodle. She was very scared to get her second set of shots. The doctor was very impatient with my dog. In an aggressive and irritated voice, she told my dog to calm down and that she was over reacting. I was so upset. The doctor and staff acted like they were upset with my dog for being afraid of getting shots. She then went on to complain how she had surgery the day before. I feel like if you are a veterinarian, who works in a professional setting should not show frustration and irritation with an aminal if they are afraid. A doctor should never bring their personal life issues into the workplace. However, the first time I visited with my dog for her shots, the doctor had a very different attuned and demeanor about herself that I liked. That's why I returned the second time. But I love animals and my dog, and I would never bring any pet back to this location. I don't care of she was having a bad day due to her surgery the prior day, a professional should never bring that type of attitude or behavior in that type of setting.
