Very nice people and I felt like my pet was well cared for. The only thing is we waited over 5 hours before being seen.

The staff at blue pearl are absolutely amazing, they helped me and my dog in a very stressful time and provided amazing care and showered him with love, which made me feel so much better when he had to stay overnight. I highly recommend if you have emergency needs to contact blue pearl first to top tier care.

They helped me with my kitten, i was worried something was wrong and not only did the doctor figure it out but all the staff was really nice and very professional, i definitely recommend this place to others, god bless

Our smaller puppy got into a fight with our big pup and wasn’t acting like himself. Blue Pearl was recommended by our vet for after hours care. We contacted several other 24 hour vet practices and were told it was at least 3-4 hours before he could be seen. Blue Pearl advised they could see him but it might be a while before we would be able to go home. When we arrived Oscar was taken back within 15 minutes and we were kept informed of the progress with his case. The doctor came out and spoke to us about her assessment and recommendations and we were on our way home in about 2 hours total. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and did what they could to alleviate our concern. Oscar is back to his little aggravating self now! Thank you for the care he was given!

Horrible experience here! It went from 11pm to 5am being told he would be okay to being bullied into trying to put him down and sending him hone with an unstitched very open wound and still being charged $2,600.

I wish I could do 0 stars.
I brought a very sick stray cat here for medical assistance. I contacted them prior to taking him & the lady told me I could certainly bring him there for help.
I arrived & the front desk lady asked what was wrong with the cat & informed me “we are just going to euthanize it after you leave & if we don’t do it, we’re going to bring him to the animal shelter & there going to”. Be mindful this is ALL BEFORE she even looked at the cat. No empathy what so ever. Her words “why don’t you get him neutered and release him back into the wild?”. Keep in mind that’s far from why we brought him there to begin with…..
We brought him to an animal hospital the following morning & low & behold, they had to euthanize him due to him being so sick & very likely not going to make it out of surgery or recover after the surgery.
Even if they were going to euthanize him, you never tell the owners that before you even exam or assess him.
I will never recommend this place nor bring my animals here again.
Stay far away from this place, they do not care about your pets.

My little dog was attacked by three large dogs and was almost Torn apart. BluePearl doctors, nurses. And associates were amazing in caring for bully and myself. They were at the door to bring him in, they immediately took care of his needs and continuously kept me informed of his condition. I have never seen a more caring and efficient facility. I was blessed to be referred to them. Thank you BluePearl !

What an amazing group of people. They have always shown such compassion and kindness to me and my baby. But today I saw the front desk team watch a little boy for a family while (I suspect) they had to say goodbye to their baby and they were so sweet and engaged with him. That’s above and beyond service. I’m blown away by these people.

The whole staff from front desk - to techs to the veterinary doctor were amazing ! So friendly & helpful and took their time explaining all procedures and treatments- made me feel at ease leaving my fur baby with them.

Our Ruby was bitten by copperhead & doctors took her right away, kept us informed & all the staff was great. Wasn't our first rodeo with this emergency hospital & no complaints at all.
