I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Dr. Alcorn and her staff! Unfortunately, my cat had to be put down, and this was my first time doing this with a pet. Everyone was respectful, compassionate, professional and patient from start to finish.
The icing on the cake was receiving a hand written note 2 weeks later to express their condolences. Included in the note, was my cat’s paw prints in rainbow ink!
In addition to the great care (to both 4 legged friends and humans), they have a best prices around!

This was my first time at this location. So I was very nervous as my dog is older and very timid. Maria and Dr. Alcorn did amazing at making my dog and I feel comfortable during the visit. She gave me amazing recommendations and feedback. I will be returning as they both went above and beyond for us both.

Appointment scheduling was super easy online. Check in was smooth and the place was clean and welcoming. Destiny did an amazing job getting Gyp comfy and eased into the exam.

I used to go to the Cary location but after several less than ideal visits and trouble with scheduling, I decided to try this location. It was the best decision I could have made. I can not say enough about Dr. Alcorn, Zaniyah, and Maria. My pets have had many health scares lately and I don't know where we would be without their dedication, expertise, and understanding of my worrying. They deserve more than 5 stars!

My visit today was great. Maria the vet assistant was awesome and answered my questions thoroughly. I was kinda hesitant going to a big box veterinary hospital, but Maria made me feel comfortable with the visit. She offered different options as I had to take my dog for a visit unexpectedly. My visit with the doctor was equally as great. She answered all my questions and I was relieved about my pet with speaking with her. I will be back to thus location.

Destiny was my vet assistant during this visit and she was so kind and explained everything that would be happening during my visit today. She was so pleasant to be around and I would happily return just to see her in the future
