I want to nominate Tyler for the Verizon Business Employee of the Year award. After the worst remote customer service possible (multiple calls, transferred multiple times), with one trip to the store and the patience to stick with me for an hour, Tyler solved all of my problems. If there is a Verizon executive reading these reviews, (a) the only reason that I am still with Verizon is because of Tyler's customer service; and (b) with regard to the rest of your remote customer service team for business services, you've absolutely failed as an organization. I don't know how such bad customer service is possible. At one point yesterday, one of your phone-based reps (4th call transfer) said, "I don't even know how you got here - why did they transfer me to you?". But back to the silver lining...Tyler is the best!

Today my husband and I, along with our two year old had to take a trip to this Verizon store to sort out a few issues we've been having with Verizon the last couple of months. Upon entrance, we met Jacob. He let us know there was a wait but he could at the very least go ahead and get us on the phone with someone since our issue was with our bill. That didn't lead us very far and he took over, got us on the phone with the right people and even had to take the opportunity to communicate a couple of times to the representative better than we knew how to with high emotions. We were in the shop, with a two year old for nearly two hours. He never got upset our toddler was drawing on the counter despite me cleaning up behind her, and then brought her paper and colored pencils which kept her busy a while. He also got us on the wifi to be able to play Netflix for her, kept up with communication between us the entire time and was very friendly with our baby who wasn't upset but was definitely ready to go. Jacob, today you made my life easier. You helped our family so very much keep calm, and find resources for our issues. We're so accustomed to hearing "not our problem, not our department" with anything these days but you helped us the entire time and never once got frustrated with us. Today our problem was your problem and although I never expect service as good as we got today, it was definitely the day my family needed it. To the company and store, I hope you see this and acknowledge someone who helped navigate our concerns today when we came in ready to switch phones companies. Jacob, you're awesome dude! Thank you!!!!!

Shout out to Jacob! He helped over a year ago, and I remembered how kind and thoughtful he was - such a rare level of customer service. I recently visited the store, and immediately recognized him because of my last experience. Once again, he went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. He's a true treasure!

Well this place is awful. I have been paying for a phone that was returned to this store for over a year now and I went and explained and they said they can’t help or take responsibility for the lost phone even though they lost it or stole it and they have proof that someone named Faith had access to my account that day. Apparently they have no idea who this person is and it happened at their store! how is that even possible? Well now I’m stuck paying for a phone an employee from this place either lost or stole and they didn’t want to take responsibility so that Verizon customer service would be able to credit me and take the device payment out of my account. This store is simply trash and everyone had a huge attitude with me today over this when I’m just trying to figure out what happened and get out of this predicament. Anyway I even had my baby with me and the amount of nasty and dirty looks I got from men working in here was awful it’s almost as if being a mom is a bad thing I felt discriminated and judged and like in burden even though my baby is calm and quiet. I did hear the employee(even though he was rude after) trying to figure it out and even tell the manager that they could take the loss on a cellphone to give me one but the manager didn’t want to take responsibility. There’s no proof because someone took it when they weren’t supposed to. What else can I do? Nothing. All I can do is pay for the phone that they lost or stole and I cannot be helped. To even say customer service told me to file a report to get it investigated and I didn’t want to do that just for a cellphone but now I’ll have to. It’s just about the principle and responsibility.

Just want to give a shout out to Tabitha and Jacob, great customer service. Great attitude. Super helpful. Made internal issue into a pleasant experience.
I haven’t always had the best experience with Verizon, given that their outsourced corporate services are often lacking. But it’s people like these two that keep me around. And deserve to be recognized. Thank you both.

Was given false information on my phone settings and internationally calling @ 10.00 a day. Travelled with false info. Now stuck with a 782.00 charge on my 4 day trip to Jamaica.... I was with Verizon 9 years. They say they will fix by February 23. Then March 5 was told it would be fixed and now they are disconnecting me with 800 bill. Guess WRAL or attorney general office.

Binaware agora, Tyler , and Adam at the mercantile location in Raleigh were AMAZING ‼️‼️‼️ my SIM card died. They all did they best to get it in and waited patiently. Give Bina , Tyler, and Adam a raise because they went above and beyond for my phone. MUCH LOVE VERIZON ‼️‼️‼️
