Took my father-in-law to Verizon in Brier Creek to get a new phone when his old phone's screen went out. The guy who got assigned to us was not communicative and we sat there awkwardly watching him type on his little ipad. When we got the new phone, he told us that he wouldn't be able to install the screen protector and needed to get his manager to do it for him. He went into the back of the store for a very long time and while he was gone, we realized he had swiped the old phone and taken it with him into the back. When he came back, he did not have the old phone and we asked him about it. He went back for another 5 minutes or so and finally came back with it. It was a very shady situation and I will be very careful before going back to that store.

Guy in the front was rude. Refused to look up my account because I did not have a in state ID. I walked out and cancel my service now I'm with AT&T

Now the second time I have purchased a phone outright and brought it in to find out Verizon has associated the phone to a promotion where I now have to prove I purchased the phone separately.It used to be that I at least got superior service for having to put up with this. Now service is spotty in Durham... I'm told it is because that there is so much coverage that the phone is switching towers too frequently.The reason I am posting this to this store is both accounts were set up here, and when I try to get something fixed on the account I am told I need to call into the Verizon Business line.Looking forward to ending our service with Verizon.

We foolishly bought into the ad seduction of TMobile after over a decade and a half of good service from Verizon. When we realized quickly what a mistake we had made, we went to Verizon at 8311 Brier Creek Parkway. We were warmly received by the amazing team that makes up this place without judgment! The associate who assisted us was a lovely young professional, Angelique Giannakopoulos. She got right onto redirecting our service back to Verizon and it was a mammoth task. Angelique was a woman warrior for us. She stayed positive and worked through all the hoops to unravel the mess we got ourselves into. Only after she had unraveled and reinstated our mess did Angelique thank us for working with her as she learned how to do a reinstatement! It was her first and she was flawless!While watching her work, we had a bit of time to observe the entire business operation. The flow and vibe of this business was amazing! Busy or not, the efficiency and camaraderie flowed smoothly and evenly.I have put together teams and I know how to evaluate and appreciate team effectiveness. This team worked in a graceful yet highly effective way and defines the "There is no "I" in team." concept.Impressed, for my intended review, I requested the names of those "boots on the ground" who were making this possible. The manager is Lakesha Jackson. The marvelous attitude and atmosphere of the place starts with her! The other management assistant, I observed and appreciated was Kathy Freehand. Gorgeous lady! These ladies may not be the only ones responsible for creating the magic of a near perfect operation, but they are both in management and are the ones I observed. There's a bunch of warmth in the staff and it extends to the customers. Never before have I described any business as truly MAGIC . . . until now.
