We walked in with smiles, anticipating purchasing a new phone. The 3 employees were unfriendly from the start. Then we noticed they were making comments under their breath to one another about the customers. What shocked us was how blatantly unkind they were to a very sweet elderly woman who wasn't tech savvy. The employee that we were assigned made it clear she did not want to work with us. We ended up leaving (quietly, without a fuss), and noticed she left immediately after us. She was obviously more eager to leave for her break than to make a sale or to represent Verizon in any sort of professional manner.

Lol this place is a joke. All of the people employees (minus the guy who greets you when you walk in) were all SUPER rude. No personality and make you feel stupid. They genuinely look miserable and look like they hate their jobs. I talked to one employee and then left 3 minutes later to go to another location bc of how terrible the interaction went. If you can help it don't go to this location.

The staff here is awesome! Although we did have about a 45 minute wait to be seen (we didn't have an appointment, our mistake) Fred, the person who assisted in a device trade, made it as easy and pleasant as possible. I did have to go back the next day because it looked like my data wasn't turned on and Ryan resolved it within 10 minutes. Shoutout to Ryan and Fred :)

Great place to go if you want to see the actual phones. Hard to recommend workers that don't approach you during slow hours in their new weird Apple-ish floor plan. Left because nobody approached me and I didn't know what to do ?♀️

I had a very bad experience in this store. This was the only place in North Carolina that I ever had a bad experience and dealt with an employee who was very unprofessional. I witnessed a customer leave the same lady employee I dealt with and request for someone another employee. The lady employee who's bilingual was very professional and even apologized for the other lady employee behavior.
