I made a mistake with one digit in the zip code and the package ended up being delivered twice to Raleigh and then sent back to New York, only to be shipped back across the ocean again. Having lost hope for a successful delivery, I requested assistance and everything was sorted out within just an hour. I'm so grateful for the help from the staff!

Please remove the ridiculous curbs or change them to be more VISIBLE!! You can walk out there and see SO MANY VISIBLE LARGE SCRATCH MARKS from so many rims. Fix it!!

This is the best post office I have ever been to. Tonya is so kind and helpful! She goes above and beyond every time. I recently needed to mail my mom’s cane that she forget while visiting. Tonya helped me find a box that would fit the two long pieces, and greeted everyone with a smile. In the future, I will drive out of my way to visit this post office.

We went to get our passport photo, we were obviously waiting in passport line and the clerk at the other counter told us we needed to wait in that line for passports. After waiting in line for 20 minutes for our turn, she proceeded to tell us they aren’t doing passports photos right now. Absolute waste of our time. She could have easily told us before making us wait in line.

For all of the ungrateful customers who don't deliver mail I really would like to see you do it for a month that is 30 days sometimes 31 and then come back a post a review. Until then keep it to yourself.

I had a fantastic experience at this USPS office! Tonya provided excellent customer service during my visit for a change of address. The process was smooth and efficient, thanks to her assistance. I'm impressed with the friendly staff and will definitely return for any future postal needs. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Returning an item in a small box and didn’t have it tape up and the lady said that they didn’t have a bit of tape smdh went to the next location and amazingly that had tape ??
