It doesn't matter how many times I am in there even every day some weeks and make certain I am prayed up so to speak and in my most patient and pleasant demeanor.... inevitably at each branch that becomes familiar to me...the clerks just one day go bonkers rude and psycho on me. I count to ten...I ask for a supervisor and it never fails that they start bugging out and duckin and dodging and it is not a race thing to me I have had evil in all shades. The USPS is a very interesting animal. They are impossible to get fired from. Reference Charles Bukowski. They emailed me an impersonal apology once but the perps were childish from thereafter. Whispering and giggling when I appear ten minutes before closing time. They avoid eye contact and they have side conversations to prove just how much they do not care about me.
I just laugh. And when they disappear (transferred) I start the whole dance over with the new people.

My printer is broken so I had to get a shipping label in another way. I tried label broker for the first time, and didn't receive the QR code until hours later (so at the time when I had to get the package out, I just thought I wasn't going to receive the email), and I thought just having my label broker ID was enough. The clerk was extremely rude to me, cutting me off while talking, and not at all helpful. I know that I was confused and probably annoying, and I know that working with the public sucks but I was definitely a little taken aback by her attitude when I didn't approach the desk with rudeness.

Just moved into an apartment building which is what I was nervous about. The delivery people don’t bother properly delivering the package to the right building or door number. Had my package “returned to sender”when clearly someone was at home to accept the package. No notice or anything. Now I have to get my package resent & wait another 2 weeks. Very inconvenient! The address 2 box allows us to put the apartment building & number for a reason. They should be taught to correctly deliver it at the RIGHT door step before sending it back.

May not be old but it sure is slowwww. I mailed a letter, they call it First-Class but I have yet to understand WHY. It sure runs like Third-Class or worse, anyway I mailed a letter on Monday from this 19th century office and all it had to be carried was about 8 miles but it is taking about 5 days to reach the destination and because there is no Sunday delivery it will be a week! old or classic I think they still use mules for delivery.A whole week and wasted 6.95 when Fedex or UPS would have done it in 2 or 3 days and you wonder why these people loose money cry bankruptcy? they are pathetic. I wish the USPS would be privatized, they are protected employees so they don't care, they get their paycheck anyway whether customer is happy or not. I do the tracking and if they have time to update they should have time to deliver! ETA was Thursday and because they are lazy they changed ETA for Friday but they will have to change that one more time, or two, or three times more. I started with 4 stars and I will take one for every day they are late.By the time it reaches the destination it is useless just like every worker in the snail mail system.UPDATE FRIDAY: these snakes are now apologizing because they think "it may arrive later than expected" see the picture and I will take one more star just for that.If they deliver on Mondays they will have minus 2 stars and I will publish the pictures of how they excuse themselves for the SNAFUUPDATE ON SATURDAY 7/11: so what is the easiest for these scum bags? keep moving the ETA one more day, it is now Saturday by 6PM when mos business will be closed and I am liable to be sued by the recipient. Tomorrow they will do the same thing and Monday it may get delivered if only if they really make an effort to drive 8 miles across town. Will never use USPS if I can avoid it, this is the second biggest mistake I ever made in my long life.UPDATE SATURDAY 2PM. They now say the new ETA is between 11:15 and 3:15PM and it is now getting close to 2pm USPS truck nowhere in sightUPDATE SUNDAY 11:40am The ETA is now Monday (a week later) between 1:00 and 5:00pm and it will go on Tuesday, Wednesday etc USPS should move to Venezuela to be in tune with a system that doesn't work.Minus 115 stars for these jokers

It's not "old." It's "classic." This is what city center post offices look like and it definitely gets the job done. No, they don't have one of those automated weighing vending machines, which would be awesome. And they definitely open at 9am because I was here at 8:45 and had to come back later, which I did. The clerk who accepted my package (over 13 ounces or I would have dropped it in a box) was friendly and smiled. What more do you need? [Review 11666 overall, 1448 of 2019.]

I am so "f"ing tired of these automated so called customer service computer programs that never never never have the option that you are looking for. At least put an option in there to talk to somebody!

Went to this location to get a PO box because its close to my job, thinking it safer to get my packages shipped and pick them up on my lunch breAk but my Necklace was stolen out of pack there was a cut in the package and it was stuffed in my tiny Po box versus having me to pick it like they normal due it. I am beyond upset. I have file a complaint to RPD. Value was 260$
